Heading bicycle has given me the opportunity to be able to travel without having to return home for meds and to see doctors in person and she’s only a phone call away. The people are courteous. They seem to understand your questions even before you ask them anyone that finds themselves in a position like me. This would be a perfect fit convenient easy and you can do it anywhere.

This was one of the most discouraging healthcare experiences I’ve had. It takes a lot to open up about PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic attacks, and instead of receiving support, I felt dismissed and unheard. I was told my life is “pretty normal,” which completely minimized everything I am dealing with. I was given medication that only made me sleep and didn’t help me function or improve my daily life. I was also told I needed to see a therapist within the practice, but no one ever followed up or scheduled anything. What made this even more concerning is that my daughter also saw this provider and had a very upsetting experience. She left in tears and did not feel safe or supported, which should never happen in a mental health setting. Experiences like this are the reason people are afraid to seek help. I left feeling worse than when I came in. I have since switched providers, but I would not recommend this one to anyone looking for understanding or proper care.

Even when challenges arise—such as difficulties with pharmacies—she remains persistent to ensure her patients receive the medications they need. Her dedication and reliability make her the kind of doctor patients trust and would gladly follow wherever she practices.

Eight months and I’m still on a waiting list for marriage counseling. What good is a system like this when people can reach a breaking point long before they ever receive help? It’s extremely disappointing and concerning to see such little urgency when it comes to mental health care. What made this even more frustrating was receiving a phone call two weeks ago simply informing me that I’m still on the waiting list. After eight months, I would expect more effort toward actually helping people rather than just checking a box. Mental health and relationships are serious matters, and people seek counseling because they genuinely need support. Sadly, this experience has made me feel like patients are just numbers instead of human beings in need of care. 😔😔😔😔

I have been a patient at this office since late 2022- early 2023 and i couldn't be more disappointed with my experience. Front desk staff has always been very dismissive, taking personal calls while patients are in the lobby, keeping their vapes on the front counter and more. The cherry on top? I had an appointment scheduled for less than 24 hours from now but hadn't received any confirmation messages so i called the office, as soon as i said my providers name she replied with "Oh yeah that providers not with us anymore that would be why you didn't receive a confirmation message" like it was casual conversation. First every signal patient should be notified when the person they have been talking to about person details will no longer be able to provide for them. Second that is not just an oh yeah by the way situation they run a behavioral health office had i been in crisis this would've been detrimental to my mental health.

Wow. I’m absolutely astonished by how unprofessional my psychiatrist was today. I was seen by Daniel Weinberg and I’m genuinely so shocked at how you’re not fired. Number one, interrupting me while I’m describing MY symptoms claiming that “everyone gets that”. Number two, pulling out his phone to AI SEARCH what medicine to put me on. After that proceeding to say “Hey this phone listens better than my kid!”. A psychiatrist by the way. You rushed me to explain my symptoms and then whenever you went over a list of medicines and I wanted to say which ones I’ve took you dismissed me saying “I probably don’t remember that right.” Someone who is supposed to be taking care of me and yet it feel like you’re revoking my right to have an input. On top of all that you want to go over medicines that you say can kill me if dosed wrong and then completely disregard them at the end as most likely a scare tactic. Listen to the reviews and don’t go here.

From day one, walking into Jennifer Randall's office was such a great start to my healing journey. I had a therapist in Bonita Alexis who was great; however, I started doing EMDR therapy in August with Hailey Yzaguirre, and I have to say, out of all the people that I have been around in my life, she has been saving me. I am so thankful for our sessions every week. It's special to have someone with no judgment, and I can feel comfortable and be myself in that office for that hour and not hold back. It's such a beautiful feeling, and I thank God for Hailey all the time.

I was told to pick up medication samples when I was able by Sharlene Daly, so I drove 45 minutes and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes with my toddler—only to be told they don’t have it and I’ll need to come back. I used my last bit of gas to get there and explained my situation to the front desk, including that I’m currently unable to work due to my child’s medical needs. I was simply told they would “talk to her.” Communication at this location is clearly lacking. This experience was extremely disappointing, and as a result, I’ve cancelled my future appointments and will be seeking care elsewhere.

I'm not sure how to describe how she was thoroughly able help me through a tortuous period of my life through an incredible therapy program known as A.R.T.. no tengo palabras para expresar lo agradecida que estoy con el equipo de élite Edna especial con la doctora Melissa Guerrero, ella ha estado muy comprometida con la salud de Sebastián Sebastián, es un niño con autismo que solamente dormía 30 minutos al día 30 minutos cada 24 horas, y gracias al seguimiento de la doctora Melissa Sebastián, duerme 11 horas en la noche desde las 7:30 de la noche hasta las 7:30 de la mañana y su agresividad ha bajado, está más regulado y está bien diagnosticado. También La Doctora le hace un seguimiento a su salud a sus medicinas y como él se siente la calidad de mi vida ha aumentado y la de mi hijo también mi hijo es un niño, no sólo con autismo severo, sino con insomnio, hiperactividad, déficit de atención y dificultad de aprendizaje, pero hemos podido encontrar cada día un equilibrio, él tiene ocho años y duramos seis años buscando un abordaje médico como este. Unfair client policy I've been doing my therapy for almost a year with this company. What they fail to tell you, if you miss three appointments within a year they will drop you without any warning! Very unfair especially since I'm on a controlled medication to support my recovery. Now I have to figure out how to get to another provider within the month and get my medication so I don't get sick or God forbid relapse

The interaction started off well. They were quick to make contact after the referral, which is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. After that, everything fell apart. We waited a month for a psychiatry appointment, only to have it cancelled by text message. Then, to make matters worse, the text instructed us to contact them to reschedule. That is unacceptable. If they cancel an appointment after a month-long wait, the burden should not fall on the patient to chase them down. I then went to the website to reschedule, only to discover that existing patients must use the patient portal. Unfortunately, they never set up our portal access, so scheduling was impossible. Overall, this was a frustrating administrative mess. Prompt initial contact does not make up for poor follow-through, lack of organization, and making parents jump through hoops after the office cancels their child's appointment.
