I am not sure whether I am going to use them for the repairs that I need yet, so I am not rating their work here, but they did charge $85 for the estimate, which seems like a lot just for an estimate. They said it would be credited towards the repairs if they do them, but it still seems like a lot to ask for an estimate.

Elite Appliances addressed my concerns very promptly and their communication was excellent. Kiva was the technician, and he solved the problem immediately and fixed my washer within an hour. He was very courteous and professional. I'm very pleased with the service he provided!
