Dealing with Laura, Paul and Oran was a pleasure and all requests were never an issue. The process is simple, as the unit is built in their warehouse so arrives onsite ready to use.

I bought a glass-fronted cedarwood barrel sauna from Elevate three months ago for a small business and am really pleased with it. It's great quality, was good value, and has been a pleasure to use. I also really appreciated that the team was easy to communicate with and helped to smoothly organise delivery by crane lorry to the exact place we needed it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Elevated Modular Solutions. I had booked an appointment for Saturday between 12:00-12:30 PM, confirming in advance that I would be traveling two hours from Co. Meath. However, at 11:50 AM—just 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment—I received a message stating that the person meeting us had to step out to help move a sofa and wouldn’t be back until 2:00 PM. This was completely unacceptable, given the commitment we had made and the journey we had undertaken with a 5-month-old baby.
A more professional approach would have been to ask for my phone number when they went to cancel, contact me directly to discuss the situation, and at the very least, ask for my estimated arrival time. With that information, they could have made a more reasonable decision—such as informing the sofa delivery that they would be a few minutes late rather than leaving us stranded. The best they could do was to meet us at 1pm hour after our agreed booking schedule.k
After expressing my frustration, we decided to leave, as we had no confidence in waiting around with no clear commitment. At 12:45 PM, I then received another message saying he would be there in 10 minutes. Had we stayed, we still would have been waiting an hour past our agreed appointment time. This last-minute attempt to salvage the situation only reinforced the lack of professionalism and consideration for our time.
While they acknowledged the situation was handled unprofessionally, there was no meaningful effort to rectify it—no offer of a small discount, a goodwill gesture towards fuel costs, or even a simple café recommendation with a courtesy coffee while we waited. It was just repeated apologies with no real accountability.
If this is how they treat potential customers before any money is exchanged, I can only imagine the level of service once a payment is made. I would not trust them with my business.
Choose Elevate modular solutions!absolutely brilliant, from start to finish. I had my office style picked, delivered and fully kitted out with furniture of my liking all within the week. The team was excellent, very helpful and left this stress free. The office is very well finished inside also, wouldn’t think it’s a container at all, very easily heated and plenty of power points for my office equipment. Thanks again
