On may 29th I placed an order. I was told it would arrive in one week on 6/5. It didn’t. She then said it would arrive 6/9 or 6/10. It didn’t. She was out of the shop the entire week. I called and she said it would arrive Thursday 6/12 now. It didn’t. Called on Monday 6/16 said it would arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. It didn’t. She again was out of the shop. No response at all.
On Friday 6/20, when I asked her to provide a tracking number, she sent me two numbers, one of which was for an order on 5/20 that obviously wasn’t mine, and one was just a fake tracking number because it said it was invalid. I asked for proof of shipment from the vendor. She then sent herself an email then sent it to me and played it off as an email from the vendor.
I called the vendor directly and they stated they haven’t been able to contact her and that they have received no payment from her for my order and it has not been shipped. Bre lied to me for almost a month about my order being on the way, when asked for proof, she gave me incorrect and fake tracking numbers, then fabricated an email to send to me as “proof” that it shipped.
