Elan team is acting with high-level of commitment and seriousness. Queen - who was my real estate agent - in particular acted well above her scope to support me through an acquisition transaction, ensuring smooth communication with other stakeholders (bank, broker, developer) while we were facing challenges because of unaccountability from these ends. She always delivered on time throughout the process. I am grateful for her great support and dedication, which includes e.g., physically going to developer's office to push process while it was clearly slowed down for no reason. Same goes for Burhan who also supported me beyond his role when he supported us at final step of transaction. From transaction-detail perspective, Queen was always available to provide details and explanations. Next steps were always clear and she was listening to my needs, especially when amending documentation. Overall, a warm recommendation to use their services as their level and quality of service went way beyond simple "customer service".
