I need to schedule a test their website is not functional to schedule a test and needs work bad. I have been calling for 3 days the line is always busy. This is not the way to conduct business.

Thank you for the comment. Rescheduling is apart of TSAs and PearsonVue system. We provide a space for monitoring exams. Please reach out to the contact on your confirmation email.
