Been a customer for 8 years. Only in the last year has my satisfaction dropped. They used to be understanding and allow payment plans on huge deliveries, but recently they are less flexible and patient and ruder and when I was making regular payments toward a huge delivery, they changed my account to pay for full tank ahead of time, schedule own delivery, and any “overpayment” wouldn’t be refunded but rather “credit” on my account. So I have to pay a full tank (over 1000) and if I only need $300, tough. I’m gone.
