Pior infraestrutura que já vi!! Metade do aeroporto estava sem ar condicionado, uma bagunça na alfândega nos fez perder o vôo, funcionários ruins e de mau humor. Quando finalmente embarcamos, ficamos mais de 2 horas dentro do avião esperando decolar porque demoraram pra abastecer o avião!

I wanted to stop myself from making a review because it seemed karenish.. but couldn’t. Pros: security is easy to navigate through and get through. Cons/downvotes: Third world airport vibes, but it’s conflicting because it’s freezing. It’s literally 60 degrees in H and people were opening their carry-ons for another long sleeved layer. Zero outlets. I got here way too early since i had gotten off a cruise… I counted 21 outlets throughout central/H/J that do not work. You have approximately 3-4 charging stations that are occupied at all times. People are pissed and fighting over who was next. Trash everywhere, bathrooms have no toilet paper but have attendants in them doing their makeup in the mirror. AND THE BIRDS. There’s two birds in there and i sat down at my gate and saw bird shit on the carpet, looked up, the entire tv was covered in bird shit. I also don’t need everyone to be super happy and peppy to serve me at bars but literally talking to me at all/asking what I would like would be nice. Was served warm mayo that was sitting in the sun for a long time. Salmonella time. The chilis outside the checkpoint was very friendly and on point though. Chilis never fails. MIA does a lot though.

We departed out of the “G” terminal at MIA. This terminal is in need of updating. Everything from the restrooms to food places to the logistics of the gate lay-out to adding additional charging stations need to be addressed. The one sit down food option has 4 sandwich options and the pizza option is from the pizza stand next door; all non alcoholic beverages were bottled (you had to ask for a cup of ice); the bar options were fair. The coffee shop in “G” terminal closed before 6pm on a Sunday evening. A positive comment I can share was the ticket agent at Southwest was very kind, as was the TSA agent at Checkpoint 7.

Great airport if you love waiting in line! First, you fully circumnavigate the parking garage to return your rental car. Then, you get to queue up to try and squeeze your way through the narrow security hallways. Think you’ll skip the line with TSA Pre? Think again! Once you’ve finally made it through to the terminal, the facilities are generally nice and there are a few interesting local food options in addition to the standard chain fare. Far from the worst airport and has other nice qualities, but is in dire need of updates to modernize to meet today’s airport requirements.

What a zoo! Transportation from the tri-rail was not working, moving sidewalks were not working. Everyone in service was helpful, the issues seem to be at a higher level
