I would provide a no star if possible. Their system is ? completely irresponsive and irresponsible. They do not provide you the information prior to paying them. Complete schedule is not provided. When there is a power failure and have to cancel the class, there is no notification from them and the classes are not rescheduled. You have to call them just to ask why is the class not conducted. When someone wants to withdraw the payments due to the above mentioned situations, they do not bother since they are already paid and nothing done on their end. They kept dragging it from the beginning of January till today (Jan 27th) for the refund saying that their accountant is on leave, the accountant changed, the administrator is not there, their director is busy, they are having a meeting and they would discuss about the refund, give you a time and keep dragging it every single hour, etc. Had to call around 5-8 times a day just to follow up on the refund and some would even hangup the call when we start complaining. Not recommended at all if you value your hard earned money. On top of that, the recommendations that you see are not from the student but either a teacher or a friend.

They have highly qualified teachers & their tution charges are reasonable too...
