I scheduled a tow, thinking I would need a heavy-duty truck, but they called back for clarification and were able to send an alternate truck, and it ended up being cheaper. I appreciate that level of honesty in business and would recommend Ed's based on that alone. However, when Austin arrived, he was prompt, courteous, quick, and professional. With that said, I'd double-recommend Ed's Towing (and Austin)!

Called to get my 2010 Town & Country towed to the shop. They were there within 5 minutes. Gave me time to get carseats and items out of my vehicle, then had me back it out so they could hook it up. Paid him right there in my parking lot! Great company! Also the dispatcher was able to give am accurate estimate of cost for the tow. Highly recommend!
