The guy they sent to repair my Bosch dishwasher was not equipped with the required skills or training for my dishwasher. He first stated it was a blocked outlet hose which he said he cleaned and went away, 3 days later when we went to use the dishwasher it was exactly the same as previously not draining. I called the company and was informed that my dishwasher required a new pump which was ordered and paid for by us.The pump arrived 5 days later, He came to fit said pump, after being at our home for most of the day he found that it was NOT the pump and now stated it may be the mother board another item we would have to pay for before they would order it if one was available. During his time at my home trying to repair the dishwasher we had water all over the floor as a hose had not been fitted correctly. My built in dishwasher catches on something when the door is opened it is also not fitting correctly in the recess. Now we have to wait to be refunded for the pump until they have been refunded by their suppliers. I would NOT recommend that you have this company anywhere near your home the supposed repair men are not equipped with any skills or work ethic. Still, after a month we do NOT have a working dishwasher. Again I reiterate find another repair company.
Thank you for your response, if you are truly committed to putting this injustice right you would refund my payments immediately not only the pump and postage but also the initial cost as your guy did not diagnose correctly twice, which caused delays and costs. I now not only have to pay another company (one that knows what they are doing) to fix my dishwasher but also to have it correctly fitted as your guy failed to do that. Again I reiterate to all DO NOT engage this company.
