The guy they sent to repair my Bosch dishwasher was not equipped with the required skills or training for my dishwasher. He first stated it was a blocked outlet hose which he said he cleaned and went away, 3 days later when we went to use the dishwasher it was exactly the same as previously not draining. I called the company and was informed that my dishwasher required a new pump which was ordered and paid for by us.The pump arrived 5 days later, He came to fit said pump, after being at our home for most of the day he found that it was NOT the pump and now stated it may be the mother board another item we would have to pay for before they would order it if one was available. During his time at my home trying to repair the dishwasher we had water all over the floor as a hose had not been fitted correctly. My built in dishwasher catches on something when the door is opened it is also not fitting correctly in the recess. Now we have to wait to be refunded for the pump until they have been refunded by their suppliers. I would NOT recommend that you have this company anywhere near your home the supposed repair men are not equipped with any skills or work ethic. Still, after a month we do NOT have a working dishwasher. Again I reiterate find another repair company. Thank you for your response, if you are truly committed to putting this injustice right you would refund my payments immediately not only the pump and postage but also the initial cost as your guy did not diagnose correctly twice, which caused delays and costs. I now not only have to pay another company (one that knows what they are doing) to fix my dishwasher but also to have it correctly fitted as your guy failed to do that. Again I reiterate to all DO NOT engage this company.

Have used Advance Appliance three times now over the last three years: for a pair of installations (dish washer and microwave), as well as repairs on a washer and dryer. Each and every time they have been prompt, super friendly, and incredibly efficient. Even when forced to wait for a part, it arrived a few days early and they called to let me know, then turned up and installed it within a few hours. Will definitely be the ones I call with any future appliance help I need. Can't recall the names of our technicians now, but every single one of them has been super helpful and would highly recommend the group as a whole!

Contacted this company as they were listed as one of the qualified companies to repair Fisher Paymel refrigerators. Technician arrived Oct 28 and diagnosed the issue. Technician said our bottom fridge was not blowing cold air. Was told we needed to order a few parts.. main control board, fan motor and thermistor. Waited 2 days and had to follow up to get invoiced for the parts needed. Oct 31 they provided a partial invoice for the parts needed. Nov 5, all parts needed were invoiced and paid. Just under $800 Nov 13 just over a week later we had to call and follow up, they said parts will still in transit. Another week and a half had passed still no call or form of communication from them. It is now Nov 24 and noticing a plastic smell from inside of the fridge. We called and no answer, so we sent an email. Nov 25 called again and was told that parts finally came in and could and repair. Technician arrives with the parts and now says that the entire fridge is broken! Advises that we need to order 4 more parts! I'm speechless at this point. Wondering why the hell didn't this guy tell us any potential issues may arise while waiting for parts that took for forever! Dec 3 I call so I can speak to a manager or superior, because the lady on the phone was not helpful. I wanted some questions answered regarding the whole situation, along with their company warranty and workmanship if I go ahead with ordering the new parts. The lady said she would pass it on and I would get a call the next day. Dec 5 still no call back, and so I call again and speak with Jay, who I have to explain my entire story to. Jay promised he would call me back the same day. Well guess what... I'm pretty sure you all know Dec 6, today it's 1030am and still no word from these guys. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Extreme lack of communication and they do not care about you, your situation and time!! I'm not one who enjoys leaving bad reviews. I believe I provided them alot more patience than they deserve. Did my best to be understanding. I've been out of a fridge for over a month and we are a big household. Now I have to take time off and spend thousands to go out and buy a new fridge because of this companies INCOMPETENCE and UNPROFESSIONALISM. Thanks

Terrible. They said they fixed my refrigerator but it is now a freezer it’s stuck at -8…. This man came to my house with his kid and they seemed very unprofessional. No uniform, no ID nothing also it seemed like they were in a rush. but I have no fridge and little options. WE PAYED THEM and We’ve been trying to get them to reply to us to fix the problem they made. Hopefully, this one gets across.

I had issues with a new dishwasher, so I called these guys directly. They sent a tech over and he charged 150$ to turn my breaker on and off – which they could have told me to try over the phone. It also didn’t fix the problem. The tech was familiar with the symptoms I’d described so they could have just came with parts ready to fix the appliance. Also, I booked the appt prior to the end of warranty, and this company failed to pass on this information to LG. This resulted in my warranty being void. I asked them nicely to rectify the situation – but they said they can’t deal with the manufacturer (after telling me they spoke to the manufacturer) I feel mislead by this company. Also they have sent me a cease and desist letter for leaving a negative but factual review.

Service was fantastic! Came out the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator. The technicians even drove back to get the replacement part required and then returned to repair it the same day. Booking was easy and the service was friendly and well explained throughout. At first glance the reviews on this company see amazing. But after just spending a few minutes reading through them I believe this to be very suspicious. I would not recommend this company at all. I had them out to repair a warranty claim for LG. I was given a window of 10am -1 pm for their service tech to arrive. I took an entire day off of work without pay. The tech did not arrive until after 5 pm. I lost a whole day of work for absolutely nothing. Upon finishing the repair there was no paperwork or work order provided explaining what was done. I tried calling multiple times the next business day and never heard back from them. At this point I would never recommend buying any LG product. The fridge is less than 4 years old! Edit: The company reached out threatening legal action for my review. This review is of my honest experience with the company. I did call them multiple times to try and rectify the situation but have only gotten a response threating to take me to court. Maybe take the actual time to fix the complaint I had instead of trying intimidation. Edit #2. I have called this company multiple times trying to resolve the issue. They are still ignoring my requests for a call back while continuing to email and text me legal threats. Based on the experience I've had with them, I would continue to not recommend this company.

Ticket# 41032 TERRIBLE customer service. If you like wasting time and potentially even money then this is the company for you. They rescheduled my service twice, one afternoon appointment and one morning appointment. The third rescheduling was done without my consent even after I said no. Two days I took time off work and this company couldn't make there own appointment times. The women I talked to were useless and when I asked to speak to a superior I was told they were not in and I would get a call later; that call never came. This company clearly doesn't care about your time. Do what I did and go with someone else that actually cares about more than your money as I can only imagine what their technical service is like based on their customer service hiring standards. Absolutely pathetic.

Mark and Charles our Awesome workers! They are so knowledgeable, polite and paying attention to details. (Even cleaned the spot of my dishwasher). They even explained to me everything. They thought me how to take care of the appliances. Highly recommended!

I was worried about booking an appliance repair just through online reviews, but reading those from ADVANCE Appliance Repair put my mind at ease. The booking was really fast and simple - they were also able to come out the next day! On site, Mark and Charles were very courteous and respectful. Mark was able to explain the issue clearly and thankfully was able to resolve it. They also checked out and fixed one other small issue while they were on site. I would absolutely recommend ADVANCE Appliance Repair.
