Nice people but not 100% honest. I bought my Rogue from them in February of this year and was told all the tires on the car were in great shape, basically new. Yet, here I am in December spending over $1,000 for all new tires after being told they’re actually over 10 years old and have a 2/32” tread depth. Just disappointing to find out people will say anything, and take advantage of your ignorance to get a sale.
Routine service… good job. Took one day to get brake light part then they fixed it the next day. Thankful for the repair. Very observant. No complaint. Great place to go. Thanks.

I had an appointment today at 9 am on 12/3/25 to fix my sunviser. I had already purchased the parts to replace. Said it would take 2 hrs. I waited until 11:25 to find out what was happening. They said it would be 20 more minutes, so I waited. Then said it was another 20 minutes. Which turned into 30 minutes. I waited a total of 3 hrs 15 minutes. I had to reschedule my appointments for the afternoon since I was there so long. Poor customer service.

We repaired the sunshade, and the repair order clearly noted that it would take 3 to 4 hours. This was discussed when the appointment was made.
Brad Pier worked diligently to get us the deal we were looking for. He was very thorough and efficient through the whole process. We were very pleased with his service!

Reference Poor Customer Service Parts Department 11/28/2025
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding a recent interaction with your Parts Department at the 96th Street location, which resulted in the immediate loss of a substantial sale.
Today, I visited your dealership with the specific intention of purchasing four new tires and a new bed cover for my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 Carbon Pro Edition. I was prepared to proceed with this major purchase today.
The core issue lies with the complete lack of customer service provided by a representative in the Parts Department (a female employee whose name I do not have). When attempting to find the correct specifications and options for the tires and a suitable bed cover for my specific model, the employee displayed a remarkable unwillingness to assist. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and failed to clearly or adequately answer my questions regarding the correct parts for my vehicle.
Good customer service is the cornerstone and lifeblood of any successful business, particularly a dealership where customers are often making large, high-value transactions. There is simply no excuse for such poor engagement, especially when dealing with a customer ready to spend thousands of dollars on parts and accessories. The experience was so overwhelmingly negative that I left the dealership immediately, taking my business and the significant purchase I had planned elsewhere.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly. This type of attitude not only drives away immediate sales but severely damages customer loyalty and the reputation of the Ed Martin brand.

Been taking my vehicle there since it was new now has 50k miles on it.
Bought new tire in January at 47k.
Had oil changed in October.
before this visit i noticed some scarring on rotors probably needed brake pads when I got tires.
I even ask in October oil change about them, lady said who told you needed them?
Hopefully I've avoided a more expensive repair.

Awesome experience with the service department at Ed Martin Buick GMC. I had a scheduled appointment for 1PM on Monday 11/24/25 for an oil change, tire rotation and routine vehicle check on my 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X. Even though the service department was very busy, they got my vehicle in at the scheduled time, did the work needed and got me on way quickly. The vehicle was well taken care of and cleaned up very nicely too! The staff was very coordinated as well as friendly and helpful. The Ed Martin service department is excellent and will be the only place that I service my GMC.
