Very disappointing… it has been a while since I received an arrangement but my husband surprised me for our anniversary, the fruit was not fresh and the chocolate was not the same quality as before… sad that they went downhill

Bought a friut Bouquet wasn't cheap got it home it was for my for her 40th birthday she had to throw half of it away it was bad she had some of it today throw the rest of it away never going back

Terrible customer service!!! Was hung up on 2x, told different stories, was told I could not have managers name and that she stepped out, was told the were having wifi issues, deliver was at the end of the day. This is the second time we have ordered it was to be delivered to a business and was told business get delivered first. Even 1 star is still to much of a review!

Had 2 fruit platters delivered to our clinic to celebrate an employee birthday. They did an amazing job and everyone loved the fruit. Of course, especially the chocolate covered pieces! It was all fresh and layer out on the tray very nicely. I even special requested that the order be delivered before noon, when I had just ordered late yesterday afternoon. They accommodated and it was delivered by 11am! We will definitely be ordering again for more office celebrations!

Great experience at their shop. I had never been there before or ordered anything like that. The girl was helpful and patient. Called the next day with a question that was answered quickly and efficiently. Item was delivered to its destination right on time.

Did an online order and went to the store for pickup at time that was stated during order. Sign on door said they were temporarily closed. As I was leaving store employee was pulling up. No big deal. Go in and she couldn’t find my order. Went to the back made a phone call. Still couldn’t find my order. So I pulled my order up on my phone. She went back and came out with my order. It had no card or anything else. She went to the back to get the cheesecake that went with it. Luckily as I was standing there I looked at the fruit and the strawberries were covered in mold, the pineapple was white, and green apple was brown. The employee came back and I showed her what was on the platter. She apologized. At that point I just wanted a refund bc she had no other option to send me with. I had been there 30+ mins with nothing. So she then tried giving a refund and couldn’t bc the system was “down”. She said she could call her manager Ericka or I could the following day and get it resolved. So I will follow up tomorrow. I understand staffing shortages are everywhere, but this was completely unacceptable to try and sell.

I ordered an edible fruit arrangement and a flower bouquet to be delivered to my wife's workplace.The fruit arrangement was delivered but the flower bouquet was not. I called the store and left a message and also filled out a request on their corporate website. No one returned my call. I called a week later and reached an employer who in turn sent me to the store manager who said they remembered going to my wife's workplace, but I still had to adimentaly state that the flowers were undelivered. Giving 3 stars here because the store manager did correct the situation. They offered to deliver the flowers same day (granted...a week later) and they added free box of chocolate strawberries. I took them up on it. However, the flowers were not fresh. They looked a bit dated. This probably falls under the category of they are working with what they are given (as far as the flowers). On a positive note....My wife did love the fruit! Thanks to this location for correcting the delivery. Finally, I do want to state that I ordered a same day delivery. I'm sure that is a daily frustrating request for businesses that deliver.

I ordered an arrangement for a long-time friend that was grieving the lost of a parent. The order was delivered in less than 24 hours and looked beautiful! She said it brought tears to her eyes. Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement and the quick delivery!

I accidentally ordered the wrong item - I noticed once the store had closed. I called the next morning to get my ordered corrected since it was for delivery for the next day. Savannah was so pleasant in helping me out. I confirmed the exact item I was needed, she corrected my order & was able refund me the difference. I was so pleased with the customer service that was provided. Thank you Savannah for making this such a positive experience!

Probably the worst experience I've ever dealt with when it comes to ordering something when I'm 3 hours away from the store and going to meet somebody in another state and I get to the store to pick up my order and it's only half complete. The second half of my order which was supposed to be The Gourmet Apple salted caramel shareable. I get to the store and they have the apple slices put on a plate with like a dollars worth of grapes on there and tell me that they don't have the box for the apples and so the order couldn't be finished so they just replaced it with this without even calling me and asking me if that was okay. I asked the girl if there's any way to fix it and she says no and tells me she's the only person they're working. Then I asked her about a refund and she said she couldn't do that without calling her manager the next day. I had to go to another business and get cupcakes to make up for what was missing in my order just to save face somehow. Make sure to pass on this business if you ever need anything done correctly as I will not be doing any business with him from this point forward. Hopefully I get my refund back cuz it shouldn't be my job to call the store or the manager to make sure it went through.

I tried to order an arrangement for my parents anniversary but never got through. I was on hold for about 46 minutes, then tried to order from website & it wouldn’t let me order what I wanted to. Instead it gave me options of other items, then couldn’t set of delivery on the open dates available.
