I needed an appointment for my dad, who is in his 90’s , and I am very happy I found Eden Telemed. I got an appointment the same day .
The doctor called on time and was very professional and detailed about the problem . The prescription was sent within minutes to his pharmacy . This made a stressful problem go smooth. I will definitely be using Eden Telemed again in the future!!
Ce service est extrêmement utile lorsque l'on est malade et qu'il est impossible de se déplacer pour une consultation. Dans un premier temps, un agent m'a appelé pour m'expliquer la procédure et fixer un rendez-vous. J'ai ensuite bénéficié d'une téléconsultation avec un médecin en moins de 1.5h, ce qui a été plus que satisfaisant. Après un examen détaillé, incluant mes antécédents médicaux, Dr Rohé m'a prescrit une ordonnance qui a été envoyée à la pharmacie de mon choix.
Je suis très satisfaite de leurs services, en même temps soulagée de ne pas avoir eu à me déplacer, mon état de santé m'en empêchant. Je recommande avec confiance.
Fastest service! Booked my zoom call at 8:30AM on Sunday, I was on a zoom call at 9AM with a nurse till 9:15AM from the comfort of my bed. I had 2 requisitions sent to my inbox at the end of our zoom call. I booked my tests and received diagnosis for pnemonia next day, followed with anti-biotics sent urgently to my pharmacy. PS, i went to the ER same day, as I was feeling so terrible and the ER did nothing..they sent me home with no tests...I am VERY happy that I found Eden Telemed. Even when following up for my results, an actual person answered the phone and hunted down my results to connect the nurse to me. If ever, I need this service again, I will use them 100%
I had an extremely negative experience. They took my payment, booked an appointment, and then canceled at the last minute. After that, I was never able to reach them again. I ultimately had to file a fraud claim with my bank to recover my money. Whatever you do, do not give them your money. I genuinely can’t believe they’re still operating.
