ADDED UPDATE::: I justified found this 2nd photo in my chart info that was obviously over looked during my 7yrs at Community spine center south. This was NEVER BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION NOR WAS IT ADDRESSED IN ANYWAY in regards to fixing this neglected issue within my spinal column. I am beyond taken back in finding this and extremely Disappointed in community Hospital South spine center for over looking this issue. What is wrong with some of these professionals and why can't they take pride in their titles. For Heavens sake these are people's spines and this is a very serious part of our bodies. Do better for your patients care.. please take precautions in choosing your spine doctors and do your research so these types of issues are not over looked in your spinal care. (A friend of mine had to have one of their vertebrae replaced due to an endplate compression fracture.) What i don't understand is that i had a laminectomany at L1/L2 and then spacers and rods put in at L4/L5 the same year that this was found on an mri or ct scan, why wasn't it fixed while they was fixing one of the other locations in the same lumbar area? That's a great question to be investigated... Again in my opinion, please proceed with caution and do your research with any doctor/s you choose to use in your future for anything involving your health care needs. Had been going there for 7 years. Just had a new ct scan from a new doctor and this is what was found in my spine. My spine specialist Dr Zulkowski never brought this to my attention in anyway at any appointment what so ever. This new doctor DOES NOT DO ABLATIONS ON NERVES WHERE THE BONES HAVE BEEN FUSED TOGETHER yet this office( Dr Zulkowski with community spine center southt/ hospital south, north, east)did not have one problem burning up to 3 levels of cervical nerves)where my neck has been fused on several levels except level 3. I am extremely taking back by the approach that was taken and the fact that this new finding of a recent ct scan was never brought to my attention visually that i recall in the 7 years of seeing this spine specialist. In my opinion I should've been told about this and visually shown what was going on in my spine. I am extremely Disappointed in this Dr's office. Glad I chose to leave and go to a different facility after 7 years of trusting them with my spine, Lord knows what could of happened to my spine if I didn't take a stand for myself and my spine. Thank you God for your intervention, I am eternally grateful. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional on all levels not to mention an embarrassment for the Doctors who take genuine heart-felt pride in their profession as a spine specialist. For the sake of others please step up and do better for future clients, it is their spine that is in YOUR HANDS. What if it was your spine or your childs? Sit and think about that for awhile. I am not a happy person about this right now and feel beyond violated on so many levels. Talk about having trust in spinal doctors broken yall have totally shattered it for me. I'm extremely Disappointed 😞 with this place. So in my opinion I suggest you use precaution especially when it comes to your spine because I had put my TOTAL TRUST in them since 2019 until August 2025 and im just now seeing this defect and learning that those nerves at fusion levels should never have been touched during any one of my ablations. Its just mind blowing 🤯 😮‍💨 and I have been mentally and emotionally distracted, distorted broken and shattered with exhaustion from this recent ct finding. For Heavens sake and the sake of the future clients do better for them. Their spines are in YOUR HANDS.

I have back pain and have previously had back surgery at another place that was very rude to me. I've been going here for several months and I've had nothing but good experiences. Hilari Hunt is great, shes easy to talk to, feels like shes actually listening to my problems and doesnt make me feel ignored. Ive also seen Dr. Zulkowski and she is equally attentive to my issues. She's given me a few shots now and they have helped.

Doctors Zakowski and her PA Hillary are very friendly, explain the diagnosis and treatment which a lot of Drs. don't make the time to do that anymore.

I had injections at the L5-S1 and S1 performed by Dr. Zulkowski. Her caregiving skills are like no other. She hit the nail on the head. Her compassion is overwhelming! I cannot speak on pain relief as yet. It takes time for the medication to kick in, and do it’s job. However, I feel 75% better than what I was experiencing. Doesn’t get any better than that .

They do not answer their phone during their office hours and you instructed to leave them a message only for them to never call you back. I tried to lodge a complaint and was told it could be 45 days before it was addressed by someone. I'm going to end up in a wheelchair at the rate this is going from nerve damage. It has been a full week with no return call thus far even tho their recording says they will get back to you within 24-72hrs. Why have a phone if you can't use it at all?? This is horrible.

Dr Gould is great! The office really does her a disservice and her wonderful skills as a doctor really can’t make up for the office staff. This is blunt but the staff seem dumb without much common sense. It’s always a big mess with scheduling and insurance. I can’t trust this office with my healthcare and choose to go somewhere else. Which is unfortunate because I really like Dr Gould! She is compassionate and really seems to want to help her patients. If Dr Gould reads this please consider your career at this office and go somewhere where your talents can shine. The front office is a huge barrier to getting your patients proper care.

Have been with Dr Salyer and NP Hunt for several years and both are wonderful Drs. Would hate to have to see anyone else. However... Office staff needs much improvement. Poor communication. Even using My Chart, communication and follow thru is horrible! While there was a complication causing a scheduled surgery to be cancelled, the spine center office takes it upon themselves to cancel appointments without any notification! My commute is over one hour to their locations! This is totally unacceptable! I have been in pain for almost 3 months with no results or help due to miscommunication with the office staff and nurses! Never had this problem prior, and covid has become an excuse way too long now! ,

Spend months jumping through hoops for this office to get ready for a procedure for them never to run it through the insurance to find out that a couple of Before the procedure that the insurance would not cover it in that they want several other things done before this would even be an option but yet this was never discussed with me prior to heading down this road what a joke of a company I thought doctors were to do no harm not line their pockets

Knee orthopedics: Front office staff in need of compassionate training. Very rude and dismissive when scheduling appointments, returning calls on issues and no empathy whatsoever. I thought about this before posting as my Doctor is Top notch and Amazing but staff makes you not want to come back.

I’ve been seeing Dr Salyer, Hililari and staff for more the 8 years and I love each of the people in this office. I can’t say I’ve ever heard a rude remark or an attitude other than genuine concern for their patients.

The Dr. and the staff were absolutely amazing! I’ve had 2 back surgeries and several injections with different Dr.’s and Centers this place was hands down THE BEST! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I do recommend this place to everyone I know with neck or back issues!!
