HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Abolsutely horrific customer service Abolsutely horrific customer service. Nobody replies for days and when they do it's irrelevant to the problem. No help whatsoever. The "24 hours" they claim it takes to open a company is a complete LIE! I bought the most expensive package from them and it's been a week now that I haven't even had my identity verified because they keep sending broken links!!!! STAY AWAY FROM 1ST FORMATIONS!

Logged onto 1st Formations Friday lunchtime. LLP incorporated before 5pm same day. The process was inexpensive, very easy and a first class service provided by by 1st Formations along with Companies House. Highly recommended.

AVOID - This company takes your payment & then you don't hear from them. I placed and paid for an internet order for their 'Transfer of Shares' service on 28/9/23 and received a receipt by email. It is now 20/10/23 and despite chasing the company I have still not received any communications. Unacceptable.
