Logged onto 1st Formations Friday lunchtime. LLP incorporated before 5pm same day. The process was inexpensive, very easy and a first class service provided by by 1st Formations along with Companies House. Highly recommended.

AVOID - This company takes your payment & then you don't hear from them.
I placed and paid for an internet order for their 'Transfer of Shares' service on 28/9/23 and received a receipt by email. It is now 20/10/23 and despite chasing the company I have still not received any communications. Unacceptable.
