This platform is very efficient and beginner-friendly. Even if you’ve never arranged delivery online before, it’s easy to navigate. I also like that I can track my parcel status anytime without needing to contact customer service.

Dont ever consider use easyparcel at all, No update on pickup late and need to request reschedule. You need to check yourself everyday. No update on delivery status. Marked as delivered eventhough item not delivered. Ask to check direct with J&T and receiver. How can receiver check if doesnt receive it. Found out that the item lost but marked as delivered. Big and Heavy item also can lost it. Sure will report to KPDN.

My parcel has been missing for 2 weeks. All they needed to do was get a POD from the courier but up till now, after saying the same "we'd get back", "we'd rectify", "we'd transfer you to a senior agent " , no POD is given. This is lacking ethics, integrity and accountability. :( After not being able to give a good and adequate response, they'd disappear.

Irresponsible platform that offer no helps at all, used it to send a parcel from Sabah to KL, 2 weeks passed and my parcel is still with sender, customer services offer no helps, no explanation, no nothing, just more empty promises and late replies.
