Website does not work properly. Paid for the courier via grab on the website. System did not generate an order number or recognise that the order was paid.
Can’t find the order at all but funds already deducted.

Very poor experience. My parcel was collected on 27 November 2025, but it went missing somewhere in their system. When I raised the issue for 5 days continuously after their delivery TAT, I was told on 8 December 2025 that the claims process would take 2 to 6 weeks and that I needed to provide the invoice, photo of the parcel contents before sending, and photo of the external packaging within 1 working days otherwise it will be rejected. Thankfully, I have already shared these photos with my buyer, otherwise, i will not be able to fulfil their claims requirement. This long and tedious process shows a clear lack of proper service recovery and efficiency. As the sender, I’m extremely frustrated by the delivery services rendered by EasyParcel.

Extremely horrible experience and a scamster company ! They force you to book (even 1 delivery) via a package. Delivery and pickup completely unsuccessful causing issues and more cost to me, despite trying to contact them over 4 days for a ‘next day delivery’ order! Only bots respond and nothing gets done. Then they say cannot refund the package. Basically a scam run by bots.

It's the 4th time the TracLogix courier missed the collection. The most recent one they left 36 parcels stranded and not collected with no accountability or explanation. The live chat is a joke too. A staff by the name of Amy disappeared after I demanded a refund of all my parcels + the package I bought. What's the point of a package if they can't be utilised?
It feels like a total scam. These are people's money and trust and they've completely betrayed that.

I ship regularly overseas (USA, Europe, Asia etc). Always been using JustShip and thought I try using easyparcel for a few deliveries. Initially I thought I was saving some costs and easyparcel was marginally cheaper than JustShip. Then the problems came in, parcels held at customs for months with no solution, extortion of custom fees with no solution other than to pay custom fees which were 2 times the value of the parcel. The best part was all the savings you thought you got were taken back and more, months after your parcel was delivered, easyparcel claims overweight in each parcel not once but twice for the same delivery and demands payment through your credit card that they don't allow you to remove.
This is a company that scams your money every way possible. Please save yourself the time, money and effort. Just use JustShip or SingPost (yes even SingPost is better than easyparcel).

Parcel arranged in easy parcel not picked up from Fri till today wed still not yet picked up. Been contacting them for days, they keep assuring already expediated n refused to ask manager to call n take over case to really arrange pick up immediately.

I buying package as I want to enjoy better rate but later found out that I have to used up the credit within a year or I can top up again to extend the validity. After the 1st year, I still have some credits left so I proceed to top up again. Few weeks back my 2nd year with them end and I missed the expiry date. Eventually the balance was forfeited. THINK TWICE before you buy their package! cos once you top up cannot withdraw your $$ anymore. Now I open account with another courier company and u know what? They got so much better rate and yet I dont have to top up, stuck my $ inside with expiry date! If this company not making any changes, soon not or later will be outcast by market.
