They asked me to leave a 5 stars review & promised to pay. I waited for a month but still haven't received the payment. When i asked about it, they claimed that the review was not published. But i have a proof that my review was posted & they already reply on my previous review. Very unprofessional, no wonder they got so many bad rating

Business policy is really scummy for casual consumer that is just trying to ship stuff to your friends. Be aware that they will charge you extra if your parcel is measured wrongly, even after a few months later after the delivery has been completed. They also don't notify you before they charge your credit card. You'll have to dispute to get the charges removed, so make sure to keep your proof even after your delivery has been completed few months later. Overall, pretty good delivery service but scummy policy.

Arranged a 3 day delivery to KL, failed to collect on designated collection day. Arranged a delivery to Indonesia, online customer service after reviewing my booking was not sure where the parcel is, let alone when will arrive. I worry if the parcel will ever get there. So stay tune. Please WALK while you can There are safer alternatives Why 2 star - app is simple to use, but the actual process - scary and worrying experience

Please be aware of this company. They are very irresponsible, they have no control on thier third party logitics partners. Easyparcel will upfront take your money and once they fail to pick up or deliver shiment, they will give all excuses to refund your money. Worst thing, they wont even reply you after sometime. COMPLETELY FRAUD!

I am very disappointed with the handling of my FedEx weight discrepancy case through EasyParcel. The parcel was recorded as 9.9kg, but this is not accurate. Based on our weighing system, the parcel was only around 3.45kg. The parcel contained only 5 pieces of baju kurung, and each piece weighs approximately 700g, so there is no reasonable way the parcel could reach 9.9kg. What makes this even more frustrating is that EasyParcel has already deducted RM655.82 from my account without my consent or proper confirmation from me. I strongly disagree with this deduction because the weight discrepancy has not been properly investigated or resolved. I have already provided supporting proof, sent 2 emails, and also WhatsApped the contact number given by the EasyParcel team. However, there has been no proper update, no clear explanation, and the response has not been helpful. Our website is integrated with the EasyParcel system, and the parcel weight and shipping price were already calculated during customer checkout. As a business owner, this kind of unresolved issue directly affects our cost and cash flow. I hope EasyParcel and FedEx take this matter seriously, provide a proper investigation update, and reverse or refund the RM655.82 deduction until this case is fairly resolved.

Very disappointing experience with EasyParcel. We experienced significant delays in parcel collection and, despite numerous calls, messages, and follow-ups, received little to no response from the assigned PIC. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. As a business, we understand that delays can happen, but keeping customers informed should be a basic standard of service. We repeatedly contacted the assigned representative regarding the collection status, but our enquiries were met with silence. This situation resulted in unnecessary delays, additional costs, and a poor customer experience. We hope EasyParcel will improve its customer support, responsiveness, and accountability to prevent other businesses from facing similar issues. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot confidently recommend the service..

Poor handling in the delivery process, even with appropriate packing and a 'fragile' sticker. A lots of limitation with their portal services and the customer service agent's language proficiency require improvements too. I would never use their service nor recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely horrendous service!!! Arranged for pick up from Sender and the courier did not show up. My sender wasted 1 whole day waiting. I needed the parcel urgently and paid for additional charges, but still received this SHIT!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!

We arranged an urgent international shipment through EasyParcel and selected FedEx as the courier service. The parcel was successfully picked up by FedEx but was subsequently returned because certain clearance documents were required from EasyParcel. Unfortunately, EasyParcel was unable to provide the necessary documentation and was also unable to assist in arranging a re-pickup of the shipment. As the shipment could not proceed due to issues on their side, we requested a refund of the shipping charges paid. Instead of resolving the issue or processing a refund, EasyParcel repeatedly advised us to create a new shipment and make another payment. This is completely unacceptable. Why should customers be expected to pay again when the original shipment failed due to EasyParcel's inability to provide the required support and documentation? What assurance do customers have that the same problem will not occur again? EasyParcel is effectively asking customers to incur additional high international shipping costs without taking responsibility for the failure of the original booking. Even more concerning is their refusal to refund the amount already paid. This experience reflects a serious lack of accountability, customer support, and business ethics. Customers place their trust in EasyParcel to facilitate shipments and provide the necessary assistance when issues arise. In this case, EasyParcel has failed to fulfill those responsibilities while continuing to retain the customer's money. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would strongly caution others to carefully consider the risks before using EasyParcel for urgent international shipments.

***AVOID*** I hate to give poor reviews and i’m only doing it to hopefully help other people and I wish I had read these comments before. The delivery promise was 1 to 3 days and it took 11 days to deliver and 20 emails from me to chase at every stage. Nothing works. To their credit the staff to get back to you quickly but nothing is in their control so the communications are of not much use. Just avoid until and if they can get this right.

Used EasyParcel about 2 years ago. That time got quite a lot problem and nobody really guide me, so I ended up deleting the account. Recently need send a parcel, so I try again. This time much better. Got account manager Ms Tiya follow up and help whenever got issue. Even weekend also can get reply.One time she was on mc and I still disturb her, feel a bit paiseh 😅 but she still tried to help. Really appreciate the service. Much better experience compared to before. Keep it up 👍

Extremely Disappointed with EasyParcel's Service – Cost Me Money and Nearly Cost Me a Customer I booked a shipment through EasyParcel from Singapore to Brunei. The website indicated an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days. The parcel was collected on 21 April. However, after collection, there was almost no tracking activity. The tracking status was only updated once on 30 April and then remained stagnant for weeks. As my customer was waiting for the package and receiving no clear information, we requested that the parcel be returned so that we could arrange an alternative courier service. We then shipped a replacement parcel through another courier, and that replacement was successfully delivered to our customer on 19 May. Shockingly, the original parcel was not returned as requested. Instead, its tracking status was only updated again on 22 May, and it was eventually delivered to the customer on 6 June — more than six weeks after collection. As a result, we ended up sending two parcels to the same customer, causing unnecessary financial losses to our business and potentially damaging our relationship with an overseas customer. What is even more disappointing is EasyParcel's response. Rather than taking responsibility for the service failure, they simply refused to accept liability. The lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. Delays can happen in logistics, but what customers expect is transparency, communication, and responsibility when things go wrong. In this case, all three were missing. If other customers have experienced similar issues, I hope they will also speak up and seek proper redress. Companies should not be allowed to simply dismiss legitimate customer losses caused by serious service failures.

Collected on 28 april 2 boxes by trackxlogis, indonesia bound. Took 2 months 2 deliver 1 and the box dont look like box already. More like ball. Truly dissapointing experience

You need to enter the Suntech Building and take the lift 🛗. 😊 The staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. ✨ They even assisted me during their lunch break without any waiting time, which I really appreciated! 👍🏻 Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Wish I could give them zero stars. These people are so conniving ordered something for $98. They charge me $15,000 to collect it just say 15 ordered my baby stuff two months before I receive the package. They’re going to tell me that I placed the wrong EP number When nothing like that ordered something. This is going to be 10 days. They split the orders into two it’s supposed to be a 1 pound and a 4 lbs. 4 pound one was shipped before the 1 pound they did not update me an email or anything. That they received the order I had to call Carl and Carl then they added to my card. No, I can only collect the 1 pound package. The 4 pound one is nowhere to be found. Please don’t use this place. There are terrible.

Hi I just wanted to say that it was the first time to ship my package through easy parcel, and I want to thank Ms. Alya for helping me through it and how much she had patience for me, she is actually the best and stayed in touch with me till my package was delivered to the receiver. She even helped me while adding the informations through easy parcel website and helped me to find where I can buy a box and made it easy for me cuz its the first time for me in Malaysia. Extremely disappointing experience with EasyParcel. I paid for a shipping service advertised with an estimated delivery time of 3 days. The parcel was collected on 21 April, but there was no tracking update until 30 April. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I received little assistance and poor communication throughout the process. Due to the excessive delay, I requested that the parcel be returned so that I could send a replacement product to my customer. However, no action was taken, and I had to repeatedly chase for updates. The parcel status was only updated again on 22 May, more than a month after shipment, and it remained in transit. As a business owner, this delay damaged customer satisfaction and resulted in additional costs. The service provided was nowhere near the advertised standard, and the lack of accountability and communication made the situation even worse. Compensation for the product and a refund of the shipping fee are requested, as the service was not performed as advertised. However, EasyParcel keeps pushing the responsibility to the logistics provider. If you do not want to take responsibility, you should not be in this business. I would strongly advise businesses to think carefully before relying on this service for time-sensitive shipments.
