Stayed for almost three weeks in Dubai Downtown Views II Tower 1 hosted by Easy Go Holiday Homes. Everything is at superlative with this cozy and well equipped apartment. The bed is more comfortable than the majority of the 5 stars hotels I have made. All the interior is decorated in light colors and that makes the apartment marvelous.Big screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. The gym and the pool, both with view of Burj Khalifa, are amazing. The underground parking and the nearby direct connection with Dubai Mall are a plus of comfort especially in the very hot days. The check-in process was very smooth. Ahmed Elshami was our host. Highly professional, very friendly and attentive. For example a broken lamp was changed within minutes. Everything double checked and well presented. Thank you Ahmed, thank you Easy Go Holiday Home. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the apartment in the Grand (Dubai Creek Harbour) was nothing short of excellent. The facilities were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and convenience. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and amenities. A special mention must be made of Mr. Khant, whose hospitality and professionalism truly elevated our experience. He was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. His warmth and dedication are truly commendable. I rented a studio on Meydan through the Company and was very pleasantly surprised by the speed of their work. Staff and manager Khant responded quickly and clearly to any request. In Dubai, such service is a great value. So I definitely recommend the Company. A huge disadvantage was very noisy neighbors, who almost every night were talking on speakerphone, arguing, shouting on the floor. For many years of living in Dubai, this was the first time I encountered such ignorance and terrible disrespect of neighbors and rules of living in an apartment building.

I had a bad experience with booking an apartment through this company. This company doesn’t want to admit that their manager made a mistake and the company wasn’t willing to solve it. This company didn’t even care that I had to change my flight due to health conditions. Company’s administration keeps saying that they provided information about cancellation policy, however I have all the screenshots of communication with the manager and all official emails confirming that this information was not provided to me. When booking an apartment with manager Kevin via chat WhatsApp, I asked several times about the booking conditions and where they would be written down. The manager said that I will find it in the official email confirming the reservation. The official email spelled out everything except the cancellation conditions (all screenshots and official letters were saved). The website on which your apartment was found - wasn’t a direct source, all the booking conditions were also written there, where there was not a word about non-refund of the deposit (there are also screenshots). You should work on the way you provide the information to customers and how you write information on the third part sources.

As a company, we have previously provided you with the details of our policy, which states that once we receive the security deposit to secure the booking, it is non-refundable until the departure date. It was agreed upon by yourself when you made the booking.

This company is fraudulent. They didn’t refund my deposit for cancelled booking and didn’t provide me their terms and conditions. Scammers!!! Kevin of Easy Go Holiday Homes company, where we finalized the booking. This agent told me that I need to pay a security deposit for securing my booking. So I payed it. I asked about conditions or contact, the agent Kevin told that everything will be written on the email. By the way, there was no information about cancellation policy. It was just written that the security deposit is refundable. Then a few days later I had to cancel my booking according to my health conditions, as I couldn’t get on the flight. Half a day after requesting to cancel the reservation, the agent texted me that they canceled my booking and the deposit was non-refundable. Although I was not notified about this conditions before, neither in words nor in a email. This is the true story!!!

We booked an apartment for one week opposite Burj Al Arab for Christmas & New Year Fireworks and EasyGoHoliday homes provided a superb service. Unfortunately we got news of a bereavement in the family and EasyGoHoliday Homes were very considerate and understanding of our needs, they made sure the checkin & checkout was effortless and the apartment was very well cleaned and maintained throughout our stay. Such was the professional service that we decided to give them our own properties to manage for the future. ALL GOOD 👍🏻
