Receptionists were very kind. Appointments aren’t actually scheduled for when you’re told. They are scheduled 15 minutes after your appointment time. I was taken 35 minutes after my stated appointment time; waiting room was nearly empty. Misleading if you’re in a rush.

The absolute worst customer service. I had an appointment set up that took 4 weeks to reserve. They call me (THE DAY OF) to act as though it's my mistake instead of doing the proper apology that it was their error and that don't technically schedule sonograms at that time of day. Then to tell me when the next appointment will be regardless of my availability. They really need to have a strong education on service recovery. Will not reschedule will bring my biz elsewhere! BEWARE IF YOU ARE MAKING AN APPT W THEM!!!

The scheduling team is a mess. They called me to ask me come last minute on the same day. When arrived, they told me the appointment is for tomorrow. Very frustrated already. They apologized and called a Uber for me. The Uber never arrived and I waited 15 more mins for the Uber. Time wasting!

This is the worst experience I have ever had… I was first told to come at a wrong time (I am very certain the lady told me the wrong time on phone). Then they are very nice to offer me a Uber home. But after waiting in wind for 15 minutes. I did not see that grey Toyota Uber coming at all.

I was discriminated here (I'm latino). Went to get an MRI and signed in at the reception. They told me to go somewhere else, and when I got there the front desk just told me to sit without asking. A guy came and brought me to a bathroom, and asked me to fix the plumbing. No questions asked, just directly assumed I was the plumber. Your staff needs training to not be racist. If you have doubts, ask, don't assume. Highly unprofessional.

Today was my second visit. I was treated with respect and kindness, as well as professionalism from the moment I arrived until I left. They even took me earlier than my appointment. I had an allergic response to the contrast and was tended to as an emergency. The entire staff was very supportive. Thank you so much. We are just about home. 💕

I was sent by my doctor to have an ultrasound and ct scan and picked East River again since I visited a different location for an ultrasound at a different doctors request. The moment I came in the front desk immediately checked me in and handed me the yucky drink I needed to consume before the scan. Once inside, the nurse that attended to me and prepped me for the iv before I'd have to go in was great! He was so attentive and explained everything to me because I was nervous! Once inside, the doctor that would be doing the CT scan made sure to cover every point asking me medical questions that made sure the contrast would not affect me negatively due to medical concerns. She decided on the spot to test my renal values and drew blood before commencing which was impressive. The process once started went smoothly and once done I was guided out and on my way. I really like all the staff at East River Medical. I've yet to have a bad experience at any of their many locations.

I was recently referred by CHR to get an HSG done and I’m so happy I agreed to come to this clinic. It is an uncomfortable examination and my nurse made me feel as at ease as possible. She was thorough in her explanations and informed me that I could stop at any point if it became too painful. The doctor who did the exam was very professional, gentle and efficient. My clinic received my results within 24 hours. The check-in was also very easy and had no issues with billing/ insurance. As far as a clinic goes, I think they are the best.

Can’t speak highly enough about the care I received here. I had an HSG performed and was expectedly very anxious for weeks leading up to my appointment. I was briefed by the radiologist assistant, given a gown and an extra pad in what was a very comfortable changing area. The procedure itself felt like no more than 5 minutes, and Dr. Wilner was incredibly gentle and efficient, walking me through each step and what to expect, and the pain I felt was so brief and more than bearable. Thank you to East River Medical Imaging team!

this place is jus fantastic. the moment i walked in i was greeted by the most kind and sweet and helpful receptionist; brianna. she is so pleasant and i’m very stressed cuz i need surgery but she is soo calming and i’m happy she is here to check me in. east river, please thank her for me. she is great at what she does and you’re fortunate to have her on your side.

Although I appreciated the prompt MRI service, my experience turned disappointing when, upon returning home, I was informed about an additional x-ray requirement - despite asking the front desk about check-out requirements before leaving. This mistake resulted in unexpected expenses for two more Ubers and extra working hours missed. Suggestion: inform patients about the complete examination status BEFORE they leave the facility for a smoother experience.

Upon walking in, the front desk staff checked me in right away and the wait time was no more than 5 minutes. The radiologist greeted me with a smile and was very comforting, which I appreciated as I was a bit nervous. The MRI was about 45 minutes long, and was very comfortable to my surprise, also, I received my report within 24 hours which I did not expect! I am so glad I switched over to this location, you set the standard for amazing and quality service, you are all wonderful. Keep up the great work!

Incredibly attentive, professional and caring facility. I was having trouble scheduling an imaging appointment at other facilities that accepted my insurance. This location had wide availability and I was able to get the test I needed quickly. Everyone was so polite! People greeted me at the door and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was seen on time and received my exam results within hours which helped expedite care. So thankful to both the technicians and the admin staff for making this such a pleasant experience.
