Good service. Appreciated the transportation to get my car.

The crew at the new Rockport location did a great job getting my vehicle in and addressing its needs with promptness, politeness, and professionalism.

We are very grateful to have found such a great garage. Because they are employee owned everyone goes out of their way to be helpful and seems to enjoy what they do.

Driving to work the other day and my brake warning light came on. I just drove to work and parked. When I was leaving to go home light was still on. Started to drive and a few more warning lights came on. I was going to take a turn and the brake pedal went to the floor and I had No Brakes. Had my car towed to Eastern Tire and left them a voicemail stating the problem. I had several lights on in the dash and thought it was time for a new car. Eastern Tire diagnosed the problem and found that the caliper in the rear had failed. They had replaced the caliper perviously and told me that it was under warranty. I didn't even know I had a warranty . They fixed it for free and I was all set. Eastern Tire will Forever have my Business . Thank You

I was just starting a road trip to Fort Kent with my daughter when my brakes started locking up late in the day and after making many calls, Mark at Eastern tire said he could help me. What happened next was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. They gave us a car to use that night which was a huge relief to me, traveling with my daughter but then the next day when Aaron found out what our plans had been, he said we could use the loaner vehicle to go to Fort Kent to finish our road trip! I couldn’t believe how kind and generous they were to me. After the trip my truck was fixed perfectly and the whole experience just amazed me. You really don’t see that level of care anymore and for that I can honestly give Eastern Tire and everyone there that helped me, my highest recommendation.

Great service. Had the loaner ready for me when I dropped my car off in the morning. They finished the repairs on my car quickly and communicated with me. I was able to pay over the phone, which allowed me to return the loaner and pick up my car after their closing hours. Thank you Eastern! Agains, staff was courteous, helpful and thorough. Mark made sure that that little details were taken care of. 🫶🏻

I have had a number of encounters with eastern tire in Rockland and just had my first opportunity to visit them in Rockport. They are always super friendly, professional and courteous. We are very lucky to have an Eastern Eastern Tire and Auto service center in Rockport.

In addition to being honest competent automotive technicians, the people at Eastern Tire are fun...upbeat, open, and interesting to talk to. They cheerfully take the time to answer questions and offer advice, even about things unrelated to their business.They support community artists, displaying artwork on the waiting room walls. Rarely is waiting for your car to get repaired actually a pleasure. The Eastern Tire waiting area is a relaxing place to be, even if you didn't need car repairs....no blaring tv; no tacky automotive ad posters; no hard sticky plastic chairs...just a quiet, clean, and welcoming space to read and drink tea (they have that too). And the folks they recommend for work they can't do have always been great. These are solid normal and engaging people...the kind you want as neighbors and friends in real life. They even sell eggs,

I take my food truck here for all its work. Super friendly and accommodating. They even rearranged their mechanics to make sure we could get the truck back for an event!

Excellent service - beyond expectation

The folks at Eastern Tire are so friendly and great to work with! They turned my car around super fast and gave me a loaner for the day.

The customer service representative, Jenn, was outstanding. I was so impressed with her patience and her overall attitude with us. We just had four new tires put on this morning. Hopefully we will be as happy with our tires as we have been with the initial interactions with Jenn.

Super helpful at check in & check out

We have used several auto repair shops in the area. It was always a nightmare to schedule an appointment at other. May take 14 days to get appointment. They find they need to order parts and then book that repair for 2 weeks out. Three to four weeks to get one repair taken care of. Eastern Tire has been on top of all my repair need in an extremely timely manner. Life is better for me because Eastern Tire takes care of all my auto repairs.
