Excellent place! I came in for a small metal grinder. One of the Family Members (owner, but don't remember his name), said they don't have a rental, but just their personal one. He let me use it, WITHOUT ANY RENTAL AGREEMENT!!! WITHOUT COST!!! He let me use it. He trusted me???? It's hard to find ANY level of trust like that from a business these days. If you value old-fashioned values like trust and integrity, then you rent from this place.

Rented an excavator to remove some old large stumps. Machine was delivered, explained and gave me no problems during operation. ECR recommended the right machine for the job. Will definitely use them again, renting is better than buying heavy equipment. Picked up a stump grinder today and was very happy with it, so much better than a ⛏️ and shovel. If you only need seasonal or specific equipment - rental is the way to go. ECR will get all my rental business.

The company delivered an excavator and did not check the driveway which had a turnaround at the end. They attempted to back up the driveway and went off the driveway multiple times creating large ruts. The driver did not bring it up until we confronted him about it the next day. Only at that point did he attempt to fix it using our own gravel to pack down the two largest ruts. They promised more repairs for the remaining ruts and to replace gravel in 3 days and never did. Upon calling to discuss these promises they provided excuses, I filed a complaint with company but am most disappointed when someone fails to keep their word.

We weren’t sure if they would deliver a rental all the way to the Hamma Hamma River area, and they not only said yes, but they didn’t even mention how far away it was like every other contractor we have ever spoken with. The rental process was super easy, everyone we spoke with was very friendly, and when the equipment didn’t work 100% as planned, the owner was quick to answer his phone and help us out. All in all this was a great rental experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Rented a sod cutter. Good price in my opinion. Young men were friendly and helpful. Super easy transaction. My only complaint(not their fault) is crossing hwy 8 from Elma!
