Such a central apartment in a peaceful area. Shops, bars and restaurants are literally on the doorstep! If you are driving or getting the train you can’t go wrong as both have their benefits. The place was clean, tidy and functional with everything you need for a short stay. Communication was speedy and instructions were clear.I would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay in Cardiff with the FabAccomodation team. The location is right in the center of the city near all of the action which was fun (and sometimes chaotic). Near the entrance of the building is a Knoops (hot chocolate place) along with several other restaurants. We had our dog with us and it was about a 10 minute walk to grass, which worked fine for us. The manager of the apartment complex was very friendly. It’s a 10 minute walk to the train station. Very convenient location!

I have been working with EasierManagement for the last 10 months and I have to say I'm really satisfied with their service, both before and after starting renting the property. Fabian has walked us through the whole process in preparation for renting, very clearly and transparently, he's been providing advice on how to make the property more suitable for log term accomodation and has provided a lot of other tips and suggestions. After we started renting, we are having the same highly professional experience, immediate communication when needed, timely monthly and very detailed reports. Fab and Easier Management has been managing my property for nearly a year now. He runs an efficient, friendly and personalised management service. Despite challenging market conditions he consistently delivers through hardwork, attention to detail and excellent communication. Fab never gives you the hard sell and doesn't need to, as word of mouth and and excellent reputation is sufficient to bring business his way. I would recommend him over the bigger operators as he is able offer a more personal service with a good local knowledge of the market and is always looking to improve.

I've been using Fabian's service for ~5 months to manage by Flat short/mid term led and it has been great so far! He is very effective, professional and approachable. What I really like is his tailored approach on what to do with the flat. In our case, we need some renovations to be done and he helped us find the right vendors in short notice and with reasonable cost and also did quality checks. I trust him with that as he is knowledgeable not just from the business side but also on the house decorating side. We got tenants quickly and Fabian was attentive to them as well, meeting their special requests and timely solving their problems. Overall, I highly recommend his service for a friendly yet professional flat letting

Nice and quiet place. We are hiking the coastline around UK and it was another segment for us. After doing 20-30km a day you need good place to rest and FabAccommodation offered it. Easy access with private parking in front of the premisses. 2 shops just across the street and Spar round the corner.
