I want to compliment Edwin and his team for the enthusiasm and taking their time to work the design requirements with my husband and i. We were impressed with Edwin on his ability to understand our budget needs and transform into ideas that were practical for our new home. Earth ID executes their work with integrity and always put their customer interests first. This is especially important for clients who are looking to have an ease of mind working with a reliable ID who can project manage, deliver, and at the same time not at risk of "bursting own budget". My renovation was done by Aloysius in 2020. Water proofing was not done properly and it gave us alot of trouble. We called him to fix it but problem still came back, now is worst. When contacted again, Aloysius is no longer with the company and divert me back to Earth. Now Earth wants to charge me because warranty is over. I can accept that if the problem arises after the warranty i would have to pay. The problem now is that this job wasn't even done properly from the start and is not cause by wear and tear. It is done from an unprofessional job from the very beginning. Just 3 years with repairing in between, problem still arises. This is probably how they earn money repeatedly.
Update after Earth replied: IT WAS NOT RECTIFIED AND SETTLED 3 years before. Problem came back after every year. Who told you was settled? I have images and photos of my flooring outside my bathroom every year. My flooring is cement screeding so any water that gets leaked out of the bathroom we can see it very clearly.
Is just that it was a hassle to deal with Aloysius because his after service sucks and take several days (i also have proof) to reply so we tried to limit our water usage and turn off bidet sprays to prevent further leaking. Is so troublesome living in a newly renovated flat with restrictions for the past 3 years. I understand that you guys have split and this reno's profit did not go to you guys. Then please get the one who enjoyed the profit of this reno to deal with this. Even though is for temporary at least.

We understand your concern about the current situation.
If your issue was repeating every year, it will definitely be our obligation to have the defect rectified.
The issue was raised 3 years ago and it was rectified and settled.
Although Aloysius is no longer with the company, your warranty will be covered as long as it is within the contract period. The warranty was issued by the company and not the individuals.
It has now past 3 years and your expectation from us to service it complimentary was not being fair to the company.
Earth ID pride ourselves to be providing our customers with the best services we could. Hence your feedback has to be treated fairly.

The location of the showroom is much accessible compared to many others, which is a perk if you do not drive.
Offered services to assist in overseas purchases which require mandarin. So if your language skills are lacking, this is a great service.

I had appointment with them today at 1pm & I arrived early. Quite surprised that the designers were already there cuz this is not common in my experience elsewhere. Manager Eric and Designer Ashley were superb. Professional, patient & detailed, so could understand what our preferences and their advices can bring about. For the budget planning, they were careful to explain all so as to avoid misunderstanding later on. Special thanks to Eric for showing us exact ideal positioning of furniture & also the measurements. Highly recommend!
