Had a fruitful discussion with Edwin and Lavina on our ideas for the new home. They were receptive and also shared some interesting ideas to us as well. Looking forward to see their design on the board soon.

Overall it was a good experience working with Bryan and Geri.. although there were hiccups along the way but they are patient and accommodating to our requests.

I am very grateful to Bryan for helping me infuse Japandi style into my home design, creating a space that is not only very stylish but also utilizes the elements of Japandi seamlessly! Bryan's creativity is also unique, simple, and very practical, perfectly capturing the essence of Japandi design. I originally didn't have too many requirements, just wanted a simple Japandi-inspired decor, but Bryan crafted an interior that is both perfect and stylish within the same budget.

Joel was very attentive to our requests and also patient with us as it is our first time enquiring with an interior designer and firm. Very friendly and transparent guy, approachable and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!!

Happen to went in to Earth ID for a quote and chance upon meeting vince. Made my deposit on the very day. Vince provided excellent service and even went the extra mile of service to make me feel safe with the renovation. Renovation with Vince was a peace of mind and the deadline given by Vince was indeed accurate. Any problems encountered during the renovation was settled amicably. Even problems after the renovation was done, Vince provide timely support as well as rectification. Overall I can say that the renovation done with Vince from earth ID was excellent and u can rest assured that your home that u wanna renovate will be in good hands with Vince from earthID. Please remember to ask the person in charge of your reno to file for a window permit if you are fixing a new window to your service yard. My ID did NOT do this and it make a situation when i want to sell off my unit and i need to fork out additional money to actually get other contractor to file for the permit. When i asked my ID, he said he was not with the company anymore and hence it is hard to settle this issue. After which i do my own sourcing and paid extra. Money is not the issue. But service is.

Joel delivered a perfect job at NYON condo on the East Coast despite pandemic induced labour and material delays. Toilet renovation was exceptional!

Wayne and Lloye from Earth Interior know their stuff really well. From the floor plan and some videos, they are able to advise me what I can do to the unit to maximise the space and layout. Lloye has a lot of experiences and very creative with the use of space. Very experience IDs.

Edwin is professional and knowledgeable. He listens intently to what we have in mind for our new home and offers creative ideas. We have met a number of designers and Edwin gave us a confident and reliable impression. I look forward to partner Edwin to create a beautifully designed home.

Jo was great during the renovation process, providing valuable input for things like furniture selection. She worked within the timelines we had to provide us a finished house as per our expectations. Minor touch ups and follow ups were needed by the painters and carpenter that she arranged in a timely fashion.

Great design concept - the team at Earth led by Gerilyn employs a unique approach to interior design by blending fine design by in-house fine artist Sofia together with interior design experience to conceptualise an overall theme that ticks the boxes for us. The team was very approachable and accommodative to our requests and have the capabilities to advise on design and renovation aspects, striking a balance between what we want and what is workable. In terms of project management, can do better in anticipating customer’s concerns and avoid unnecessary costs. However, service recovery was prompt and effective. Overall, the team led by Gerilyn was sincere, attentive and responsive, and showcased strong capabilities in executing design and renovation!

Made a very last minute request for an ID consultation with Earth Interior which was graciously accepted. We were hosted by Joel who spared no effort in understanding our requirements and budgetary needs, diving into details and counter-proposals despite not having had the chance (due to it being a last min appointment) to even review our floorplan prior. Looking forward to the follow-ups with him.
