Wife and I stopped in to look for some small boulders to accent our new landscaping and left with a few pieces and the knowledge that this is THE place to find anything that "rocks" thanks to the kind efforts shown by Juan.... We will definitely be back for help with our other projects.
I had a great experience working with Yanet and Daniela—they were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout my stone purchase. I’ll admit I was hesitant to visit at first due to their Google review rating, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance.
The selection they offered was excellent, with plenty of high-quality options to choose from. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell this is a well-run business that truly values its customers.
I look forward to doing business with them again soon and highly recommend giving them a shot—even if you had doubts like I did. Definitely worth the visit!
Absolutely terrible, I am a complete novice and I expected professional advice on the product to use they told me road base and what I got was 4” and larger rocks and most of the is just powder/dust. I have contacted them and I am getting the runaround I am easy to deal with I ordered my product on Wednesday and was told we can bring it the next day I was happy but told them Friday morning is a better time they told me ok Friday came I called and continued to be told it’s on its way no rock came they promised Saturday at 7am sure enough 8:30 they arrived it was a small load I told them I have car port and they said ok no problem they also claimed they would spread it out a little instead a of a large pile well he came dropped off the order and boom 1 large pile.
The customer service is terrible I feel so cheated and lied too.
Our contractor used Eagle as the supplier for our projects. We had a experience with him today that made us question his business integrity. We DO NOT recommend using them. Certainly NOT service oriented. Here are the details. Spent thousands of dollars with Eagle on flagstone, chopped rock, and granite for walks, patio, and retaining wall with our contractor. With that work done, we bought several loads of small rock for projects we were doing ourselves. The last few loads were full of caliche and pea gravel. Not the 11/2 rock we needed. When we called it to his attention, he blamed it on the source and the machine he used to sort and wash. He admitted it was wrong. They then found enough of the correct rock to load our truck. He charged us and never offered to refund for the other loads. Makes us question how much we may have been overcharged or shorted on the big purchases. Lesson learned.
