Ernest was terrific! He clearly explained to me valuable things I should know about the house such as possible dangers from surrounding trees, the conditions of the chimney, the boiler, and the electric panel, and the possibility of installing central air conditioning, both during his inspection and later in a call he made to me a couple of days after I read his report. I especially appreciate his knowledge of houses, his patience in answering my questions, and his thoroughness.

This is the second home inspection we have had from Ernesto, and as always it is a pleasure dealing with him. He really does look out for the buyers interest and gives us advice on anything we may want to consider for the future, for example moving the washing machine to access the water value to make it easier, or putting terminate pods outside for safe measure. He is fast, efficient and gets the job done on time, with great availability making it so much more easier for us.
