I think this campany are using different names they have scammed me with 3800 and work is not done

This company did my parent’s roof back in October 2020. They did the worst job imaginable, multiple holes left in the roof with water coming into the roof space, dry ridge system was incorrectly installed, tiles were not aligned correctly with neighbouring roof, membrane was torn in multiple places, the high end of the terraced roof had no corner tiles installed and didn’t even reach the wall in places soffits were not correctly installed with a gap at the end and no attachment above windows so sagged. They claim to have a guarantee but when faced with problems the owner pretended to be hungover “after a funeral” and then refused to pick up phone or reply to emails. My mother has had to have mother company completely redo the roof so she has essentially had to pa6 twice. Avoid this company at all cost!! The last two photos are of the roof being removed and installed correctly not the Dynamic cowboys.
