A nightmare We called DV roofing to replace our roof over a year ago. They charged us £12,000 for the new roof and removal of an asbestos pipe. They never attended on the day scheduled, they took over 3 months to complete the job and only because we had to chase them up all the time. The owner, Dean Coote, has been negligent from the start to the end, and kept asking to be paid in full in advance (!). I mean it, he was begging to get paid in full without completing the job, now I might have an explanation, after reading another negative feedback from one of his ex workers who witnessed Mr Coote sniffing cocaine in the van... By the way, worst part of whole experience is that they left the roof open while they were still in the middle of the work and rain came into the house causing massive damage to our walls! Plus, they tried to refuse to collect the asbestos pipe and we had to remind them to take it as we've already paid for that service. Less than a month after the completion of the job, we had a broken tile. As DV roofing refused to offer us warranty, we had to call another company to fix it and had to pay for it. It was such a pleasure to take them to court, there's a bailiff currectly trying to get in touch with them, I'm sure they will disappear as expected even though their case is now under enforcement. As I know how cowboys work, I'm taking them straight to high court, hoping to reach other customers who had bad experience with this company. I won't quit until they pay for the damage they caused to our house.

Do not trust - Beware If I could give less than 1 then I would. Please do not trust Dean. He is very good at talking and is a scammer. his work has resulted in damage to the house and he does not complete the job. He made I had lots of issues with my roofs and scammed me for over £5k. When you call he does not answer.

Do not use this company Untrustworthy and bad workmanship! Used DV roofing to replace a garage roof for my mum as it was an asbestos roof. They didn’t replace the wet and rotten beams as agreed. Dean agreed to come back and remove the rotten end and said the beams would dry out so they didn’t replace them… Not sure why they charged my mum £2800 then?? This price was for everything to be replaced. The roof is now leaking and Dean has failed to come back to repair it despite it being within its guarantee as it was done 11 months ago. This is shameful.

stay away !!!! Daniel and his son Richard were doing a work for me and disappeared in the middle of the project after weeks of trying to find them the finally arrived they messed up the roof left it damaged I needed to hire another company to fix the damage and payed twice now they are trying to demand the payment and put a lein on the house

Not fit for purpose unprofessional Had a leak in dining room called Dv roofing was told needed new flat roof even though leak wasn't coming from actual roof but a dislodged down pipe got usual speil didn't anticipate on having new roof yet but was talked into having it done also said could do the damage in dining room plastering flooring electrics said job would take 10 days 8 weeks later still not done roof completed £6000+later but interior still not done had to sack them and employ someone else to finish off stick to roofing they are not builders plasterers or electricians and the prices charged are over the top Would not recommend stay clear
