We recently needed an attorney to set-up our LLC. I found the Desert Valley Law, on google. Requested an in person consultation and we met in person with Patrick Monahan. He went above and beyond to assisted us in forming our LLC along with interpretation of some verbiage on our Franchise Agreement. Patrick and his Team delivered everything as promised and very efficient and helpful with everything we needed. We will continue to use Desert valley Law as our business partner and recommend Patrick and his Team to all.

We had to get a “Business Divorce” with the third partner in our business. His focus was elsewhere and wasn’t contributing to our small business as we agreed to in the beginning. I didn’t know the first thing about going about things on the law side, so I called Desert Law for some information. Peggy was great and explained we needed to sit down with Patrick so he could evaluate the situation and go over options. We agreed to pay out our third partner for what he had put in towards the business. He could have walked away with nothing, as he was voted out, but we wanted to be fair. Patrick made things so easy and explained the process thoroughly. Besides the first meeting, everything was communicated through email which worked best for us, as we have a business to run. Patrick looked over our operating agreement and moved forward with drafting up an agreement letter. The third partner went quietly, took the payout, and signed the agreement that Patrick and his team drafted for us. Patrick and his team made this stressful situation not so stressful. We really appreciate you and your team for taking the time to walk us through this very difficult situation and will highly recommend your services to anyone we know that may go through a similar situation we did. I was scammed by a local company. I tried dealing with these people to no avail. Patrick took over. He handled everything.

Mr Monahan was very professional in handling my needs. I highly recommend him when you need legal representation.

They charge $150 for a 30 minute consultation to tell you whether or not they can take on your case. If they cannot take on your case the fee is non-refundable. Unhelpful service.

They have great people working in that firm and they are friendly to the customers. The time apent is worthwhile.
