Does Dundle cheat on customers? I recently bought two cards for a very good friend of mine. As she was in the USA for Christmas t ordered both cards in US dollars. I then got the failure attached but Dundle got the money (and reimbursed NOTHING!!!!) BUT she couldn't use the cards. Dundle seems to be a dogmatic company finally cheating on customers. And don't expect any intelligent and honest answer from them!!!!!!

Abzocke, Support hat nix gebracht 0 Sterne am besten. Schon den Code nicht bekommen einmal 50 Euro und einmal 20 Euro. Habe den Support angeschrieben es kam keine richtige Antwort zurück und das Geld ist weg. Hier nix kaufen wenn es einmal nicht klappt ist das Geld für immer weg

Ich habe am Samstag, den 30.9.23 per Telefonzahlung eine Paysafecard gekauft, den Code für 100 € habe ich immer noch nicht erhalten, ich habe auch schon mindestens 10 E-Mails verschickt, aber jetzt bekomme ich keine Antwort. Ich wollte den Vorgang nach der 44-Euro-Transaktion abschließen, die auch von meiner Telefonrechnung abgebucht wurde, bis jetzt gibt es keine Antwort. Ich denke, dass es sich hierbei um einen Betrug handelt. Ich bitte alle um Hilfe oder darum, ob mir jemand irgendwie dabei helfen kann, die €-Gelder zurückzubekommen. Noch einmal kaufen und 2 woche keine zuruck antwort!Danke

ACHTUNG DATENSCHUTZ! KEINEN CODE ERHALTEN! BETRUG! Ich rate vom Kauf auf dieser Website dringends ab. Nach einem Kauf von einer Paysafecard musste ich mich per EMAIL (sehr unseriös) mehrmals mit foto und reisepass identifizieren, man hat sogar nach einem foto von meinem vater wie er seinen reisepass in der hand hält gebeten und währenddessen den code nicht freigeschaltet obwohl es bezahlt wurde. Nach einer verifzierung von mir und meinem Vater wollte man meine privaten Rechnungen einsehen mit der Bitte diese zu übersenden, da ich ansonsten keinen code bekommen sollte. Die Rechnung wurde nicht angenommen obwohl es ein original heruntergeladenes pdf dokument war welches ich bei wirklich unnötigen Daten ausgeschwärzt habe! Dennoch wurde es nicht akzeptiert bzw der Code zugestellt und nach gefühlt 2 Monaten wurde der Kauf noch immer nicht abgeschlossen. DER MANAGER WURDE EINGEMISCHT UM FÜR EINE LÖSUNG ZU SUCHEN? Nennt mich ehrenlos wenn ich da noch einmal einkaufe ! Bitte was ist das für einen Zahlungsdienst? Wie viele kennen unsere Daten jetzt? Was für eine Funktion hat diese Website? Aufpassen Leute Paysafe bietet selbst jeden Betrag an online zu kaufen ! Da dieser Text wahrscheinlich nicht angenommen wird schreib ich das überall wo dundle steht !!!
