Reached out to this insurance company through a social media ad. I requested more info on quotes and coverage, and was contacted by Gregory through email. I found his contact somewhat cold, at times unprofessional and unwelcoming. I found some of his contact to even be rude given the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted many of our lives. Decided to stay away as I didn’t feel this was the best choice for me.
