Great experience last week with Flat Rate Bin....ordered the bin with a Friday delivery...perfect size bin for what was being disposed as per the dimensions on their website...very reasonable price as well which is also available on their website...the delivery of the bin was on time and the driver was very efficient in placing it safely in the driveway....pick up on Monday was also a quick and safe process...the communication from the company was outstanding, was able to speak to someone late on Sunday afternoon/evening. Thank you for a smooth and easy overall experience.
I had the pleasure of dealing with this company for the last 2 days while cleaning out a house. Didn't know what to expect when I called was greeted very politely explain the different options I went with the largest bin it worked great. Delivery was very prompt and exactly when they said it would be driver super professional very courteous. Filled our first bin faster than we thought so I called for a pickup and asked if it's possible to get a second one delivered at the same time, again no problems sure we'll bring you one while picking up the other one. Anytime I'm in the area and I need a bin I know who I will be calling

We went out of our way to get you a bin on Easter Sunday... When no one else is open.
I have a long email thread of our conversations, and in this you were reminded multiple times how our ordering system works. You constantly ignored the request to text or call us.
You also claimed ' I called you' a few times, but there was no record of your number.
Finally, we gave you a discount on Easter Sunday when you expressed frustration... As a token of goodwill.
We are confident that the overwhelming majority of our customers find us the easiest and cheapest to deal with.. when simple instructions are followed.

5 Star experience dealing with -Flat rate bin -(Mark)
Had a renovation project that required me to order the bins 3 different times in a span of 2 weeks.
Service was efficient.
Very punctual ,exactly within the time frame provided.
Needed one of the bins removed and a new bin placed the same day. Mark got it done within 3 hours. Also required him to remove the bin very next day by 10am. Mark got it done.

I have a renovation project in the downtown area and was looking to get rid of the construction waste.
Of all the dumpster rental companies I contacted, Flat Rate Bin offers the most competitive price. Mark was responsive and went out of his way to make sure the experience was smooth. He also accommodated my last-minute request of adding a second dumpster. Because the drive lane is pretty narrow, he arranged for the drivers to pick up the first bin before placing the second one, which saves a lot of headache for me.

Excellent Excellent service. I could not be more impressed. Ordered a bin late in the evening on Saturday, the gentleman who answered was very kind and answered all my questions. The very next morning (Sunday) his driver showed up and placed the bin exactly where I asked him to. He was friendly and made sure I was happy before driving off. You may need to spend more than advertised to remove the material from your property/site (asphalt fused to concrete with large clay deposits from sub layers) and it might benefit you to contact Mark several weeks in advance (especially during peak season). Having said that, his pricing is very fair and reasonable and waiting for the bin makes sense because the company is reliable and respectful.
The driver (forgot to get permission from him to use his first name here) cautiously placed the bin on the driveway specifically where I asked. He took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the placement and was very patient in the process (I was replacing large sections of my driveway so it wasn't a straight forward path to place the bin).
Overall, I am very pleased with his (Mark) communication, arrival/pick up times, understanding and service. I will contact Mark again and have already recommended him to my colleagues. Thanks again, Mark!

Just wanted to clarify.. it is a rare bin that does not fit within the parameters of the flat rate prices. Your circumstance was unique (as you outlined).
Also... We can almost always accommodate same-day delivery... And it is rare that we cannot meet next-day requests as well. I am not sure where this miscommunication occured... But yes of course it is also possible to book well in advance to ensure efficient service.

I had an immediate need for a bin and Mark got me a bin in two hours. I was extremely relieved. Understandably this isn't always possible but he really helped me out this time. Compact delivery truck, 14yd bin and no nebulous pricing scheme. He clearly stated the restrictions around cement and masonry materials and it was all good.
