I visited the hospital with my infant due to a two-day fever of 39.5°C yesterday. While I fully appreciate the need for caution in such cases, I found the overall approach to be unnecessarily alarmist and lacking in reassurance.
From the outset, the recommendation for immediate antibiotics and hospital admission was communicated in a very urgent and absolute manner, without sufficient explanation or a step-by-step assessment. As a parent, this created significant distress, particularly when being told that my baby was “not stable” and at risk of convulsions, without first attempting basic fever management or calmly outlining the clinical reasoning.
Only after I requested it was medication administered to reduce the fever, which did provide relief.
We chose to seek a second opinion elsewhere, where a more measured approach was taken. Appropriate testing was conducted, a minor infection was diagnosed, and treatment was prescribed. My baby showed clear improvement within a day.
I respect the importance of medical vigilance, especially with infants. However, clear communication, reassurance, and a balanced clinical approach are equally important in creating trust and supporting parents during what is already a stressful situation.
This hospital is a rip off and a scam. I came for an appointment first time they made me pay consultation and all the tests. The doctor asked me to come back in 10 days for a follow up. When i came back for a follow up they asked me to pay again the same amount even though it was for the same issue and 10 days apart. People should not be paying for a consultation every time they come for the same issue. Doctor is great but the system is not correct.
This review is for the admin and management of the clinic. Extremely unorganized, don’t give the patients any information and reschedule every appointment given at the last minute.
Would not recommend going here.
Unfortunately, their customer service is very poor. I send messages on WhatsApp, but they don't respond quickly! Or they read my message and ignore it, which is unprofessional. This led me to cancel my appointment with them and go to another clinic. I hope they will treat their customers better.

Appreciate both Doctors
If I could give twenty stars, I would without hesitation give them to Dr. Bashar Abubakr and Dr. Fatemeh, the physiotherapist.
Dr. Bachar, an orthopedic surgeon, is truly exceptional. His diagnosis was extremely accurate, his bedside manner was outstanding, and he was one of the main reasons I chose to become a patient at London Hospital. His professionalism and expertise immediately gave me confidence and peace of mind.
Dr. Fatemeh is simply extraordinary. The amount of time, energy, and genuine care she dedicates to her patients is rare. She truly loves what she does, and it shows in every session. She never holds back when it comes to her patients’ well-being. I honestly wish more people worked with the same passion and dedication she does.
I am beyond satisfied with the care and service I received from both of them and truly felt compelled to share this experience. London Hospital is incredibly fortunate to have these two doctors on their team.

I’m very disappointed at the service in Dubai London Clinic. I had to do couple of test and examinations which cost me around 4,500 dirham. Once I have received the test one person on WhatsApp text me that you can continue with some medication. Once I called back to meet the doctor to explain me the results they told me I have to pay again for consultation. I explained them that it does not make any sense. I have paid to make test and examination that cost me 4,500 and a doctor needs to explain me how the test went. What will I do with a test that I don’t understand. The price should include a follow up to explain the results. When I spoke to the manager he said you can send a feedback to our customer service. For me this is unbelievable.

My mother in law and sister in law had an incident and were admitted to emergency on Sunday.
We decided to pay full amount by card and avoid insurance process and further delays, we spent about 6 hours waiting for X-ray and MRI to be done and to be seen by a doctor.
Results were supposed to be shared with the patients within 48 hours for future reference and it wasn’t shared. 4 days later we contacted the hospital, since we decided to consult other doctors, DLH team sent one of the results to me and to an email address of another patient, which is breach of our data privacy and patient’s personal information.
After raising my concerns, they sent me a link to view the X-ray which i was unable to open, and they told my sister in law that they cannot help her any further and she needs to go personally to the hospital to collect a hard copy of the X-ray and MRI.

I came here yesterday to see a paediatrician for my 2 year old daughter who had a flu a few days ago which was clearing up but then she went downhill again yesterday. I was booked in quickly that day. I arrived and immediately had to pay before seeing anyone. The receptionist mumbled a few times and wasn’t very welcoming. We went into see the nurse lady who was nice enough. Then we went into see the paediatrician I explained that my daughters temperature had come back and that she was very miserable again and he said well she looks ok. He said everything looks fine and moved me on my way. This didn’t sit right with me as she was so upset and miserable for the rest of the day I knew something was wrong. I later that evening got in touch with another Dr at a completely different place who came to our hotel and checked her out and did a swab to find out she actually had a swollen throat, very painful sinuses and a bacterial infection that needed antibiotics which they prescribed. Thankfully she is now on the mend due to me getting another opinion from elsewhere. I’m very unimpressed at how much I had to pay here for little to no help or care factor over my concerns for my 2 year old. I would not recommend at all and definitely wouldn’t return here.

I went to this clinic by appointment after badly pulling an arm muscle. I had to find a clinic urgently in Dubai, and I was a tourist at the time. Great clinic, they accepted me quickly, the doctor was good, and they found a solution fast. I was prescribed medication, which I could buy right away at the pharmacy there. Everything went smoothly. If you have any injuries, this is a good place to get the problem taken care of.

It’s scary to think that people trust their health to this clinic! Terrible service, poor management and unqualified doctors with absolutely wrong diagnosis! We went for small lipoma ultrasound for my brother. From the reception itself it was clear that the whole team is working only on taking money, no one is interested in providing medical services. To start from the point that they don’t know the difference between lipoma and lymphoma, they don’t know that flank isn’t abdomen and ultrasound radiologist doctor Mohammad Reza can’t care less of what you’re there for. He did terribly wrong ultrasound, no details in report about sizes and everything the manager was making sure was to get the money. They can do wrong diagnosis, wrong treatment as long as insurance pays for it.
