Absolutely outstanding customer service and prompt installment. DT was able to expedite an initial patch repair of wind damage that led to a roof leak followed by installment of a new roof on my home within one week of the leak. They even moved my roof installment up on their schedule to avoid potential continued leaking from an incoming storm system/rain event. I recommend them without reservation.

I had a great experience with Monte Foster of DT Roofing. He assessed my roof condition another company had claimed it needed replacing Monte was completely honest and told me there was only a small patch that needed repairing. Saved me a load of money for a roof I didn't need replacing and his honesty has made me a solid DT Roofing customer for when it does need replacing.

After having extremely high winds and damaging some of our shingles, Kenny Kirkley came out and was able to get my roof taking care of next day. Thanks for the promptness!

All of the other reviews are spot on - awesome company to work with. I've never had roof work done, but Justin was professional and very informative throughout the whole process. Elvis and the rest of the crew did an amazing job too. We ended up replacing the whole roof with the TEK Hurricane shingles. They look great, and they feel very sturdy. I fully expect they'll be able to handle whatever our Texas weather throws at them. Thanks DT! Will definitely recommend you guys in the future.

When we finally got to North Texas from New York to our home we were advised by our homeowners insurance that we were going to have an enormous increase due to the age of our roof. In our community of Abe’s Landing we were blessed to have a neighbor who does sales for DT Roofing, Justin Sherwood. Justin came over immediately and was extremely informative and knowledgeable. He examined our roof and gutters and explained to us about hail damage and coverage. He assisted us is having a beautiful, upgraded quality roof and gutters and our only responsibility was the deductible. Everything was managed by Justin and an adviser from the insurance company. The greatest part is we now have a new roof and gutters which increased the value of our home for years to come and MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE WAS LOWERED BY OVER 50%. After the major hail event in April, 2024, we contacted DT Roofing in Granbury, Texas to replace our roof. We plan on staying in our custom-built home for the remainder of our lives, so we wanted a life time product. We discussed our options with DT Project Manager Brayden Lack. Brayden showed us metal shingle options and then a new shingle called F-Wave made in Burleson, Texas. He brought out samples of each type, in various colors, even climbing on the roof and laying them out so we could get a visual. After reading pros and cons about both type of shingles we decided on the F-Wave product. It was an easy decision except for the cost. It is an expensive shingle, probably the most expensive synthetic shingle on the market (at that time). It is self-healing, has a life time warranty from the manufacturer, and it is made in Texas. We chose an imitation slate shingle, which went with our home’s exterior. We have found that it is a different roof than we’re used to. It has a slight sheen to the shingles instead of the light absorbing, flat, asphalt shingle we’ve been accustomed to. It sluffs off ice well. Another perk of the F-Wave shingle (not being asphalt) is it doesn’t shed grit on the drive, flowerbeds and yard. We were very pleased with the finished product. The DT installation crew was courteous, professional and respectful. Brayden Lack, our Project Manager, was a pleasure to work with, following up on all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We were especially impressed that this company is Christian based; that is what attracted us to them in the first place.

I was amazed at how fast they responded to my call. Daniel was very helpful and informative. He displays a wealth of professionalism and knowledge. They scheduled me for the very next day and my repairs we handled with respect. I will not hesitate to call them again for any further needs.

Our home had some damage from the recent wind storm and we called DT Roofing and had an awesome experience! Mitch was at our house to access the damage within a day and had his guys out to patch the hole to ensure we didn’t get any leaks. He was quick, efficient, polite and honest! We recommend them to anyone needing roof work!
