We call in around 7:45am for a Dstv Explora which had a problem with Signal and around 9:45am a Technician come and repaired the signal problem that we had with our Smart LNB.
He was very very professional

Not happy with the product anymore and planning to also jump ship, their pricing is ridiculous and service bad, after not receiving my topup data for march month even tho subscription was paid, i was told i have to first reconnect for april before i can receive data which was already paid for, so bad!

These offices are amazing. Lov3 the seating areas "mini lounges". Very creative idea. Loving the Vida Cafe coffee shop. Their service was great and assisted us promptly.

The best walk in center I've ever been to. Comfortable waiting area which also caters to children to keep them occupied. Areas where you can purchase refreshments and most importantly they are efficient with a minimal waiting period.
