The technician that first came out responded very quickly and was very up front and honest about options. After deciding on going with a new furnace, Josh arrived shortly after and completed the installation process. Very clean install and very pleased with the outcome! **UPDATE* Checked it out and I didn't realize they put in a larger furnace and AC than quoted. They are a fairly honest company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for the price. Humidifier installed a few months after. System is in working order.* I recently had an AC and furnace installed by them. They were the lowest quote I received, and definitely reasonable in price, and friendly people. The system currently works well and is keeping my house cool. That being said, I was quoted a new liquid line and when I inspected afterwards, they spliced onto the old line going through my crawlspace instead of installing new as they said and charged for. The old line is a smaller diameter and while it works, I don't think that is the right thing for a business to do without at least telling me. You definitely get what you pay for. Very affordable, and functional system, but can be lacking in attention to details.

It was the 4th of July weekend and our a/c was leaking and flooding our basement. I called and spoke to Alex. He didn’t have time to come out but had us take pictures. He then walked us through how to fix it. Absolutely amazing!!! He was kind and professional and made our holiday!!!! Thank you so much Alex!!!

Jeff came out to figure out the issue with our air conditioner and furnace. We needed to replace both and it was done so within 24 hours. I am glad we got a 2nd opinion with Heating as Cooling Doctors because they were much more time efficient and reasonably priced.

I’m extremely impressed by the level of customer service this company displayed my representative was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the best service possible The bonus part was the fact that he cleaned up his mess before leaving 😉 Now that’s A1 service
