After deciding on going with a new furnace, Josh arrived shortly after and completed the installation process. Very clean install and very pleased with the outcome! **UPDATE* Checked it out and I didn't realize they put in a larger furnace and AC than quoted. They are a fairly honest company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for the price. Humidifier installed a few months after. System is in working order.* I recently had an AC and furnace installed by them. They were the lowest quote I received, and definitely reasonable in price, and friendly people. The system currently works well and is keeping my house cool. That being said, I was quoted a new liquid line and when I inspected afterwards, they spliced onto the old line going through my crawlspace instead of installing new as they said and charged for. The old line is a smaller diameter and while it works, I don't think that is the right thing for a business to do without at least telling me. You definitely get what you pay for. Very affordable, and functional system, but can be lacking in attention to details.

There's a lot more to this story. We actually upgraded his equipment on this job and the original contract was not used. It's why all the confusion. We didn't replace the linset due to it not being needed to be replaced. It was tested and customer agreed to it. It's also why he didn't get the humidifier at that time due to this. We kept the quote, updated the equipment and agreed to install humidifier later. We still have him on our schedule to be done. It's just summer time and we have it down on 1st opening or before winter. It's July. So this wasn't a lack of attention. This was a customer who got a free upgrade with equipment shortages who agreed to wait now complaining on it. Sure looks like it should be a 5 star 🙂. Now. Even has the humidifier installed. We take pride in doing a great job for our customers
