I’ve had a great experience at Dr. Savita’s dental office! I’m currently going through my Invisalign treatment, and Dr. Savita and entire team has been very professional, caring, and supportive throughout the whole process. They always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I’m comfortable with my treatment. My hygienist is also amazing—she is very kind, gentle, and always makes my appointments comfortable and pleasant. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and the office has a very positive atmosphere. I’m really happy with the care I’ve received and would definitely recommend Dr. Savita’s dental office to anyone looking for great dental care and Invisalign treatment! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been with this practice for years. They're super accommodating and service is great! Post Edit: Stopped going as they wanted me to pay upfront even though I was insured. They kept telling me it was issues with my insurance company, but none of my co workers were having billing issues with their dentists. So I felt I was being lied to. The real issue was their billing set up - - it wasn't electronically set up, so payments to them took longer via mail. Overall, they did decent dental work. And the hygienists were all very nice.

I am very disappointed with the lack of follow-up from this clinic. It has been three days since I was told someone would call me back, but no one has. After my appointment, I experienced pain following the local anesthetic injection. Since Wednesday, my jaw has been swollen, sore, and I still feel a stinging sensation where the needle was inserted. I called the clinic again and was told the Invisalign coordinator would call me back within an hour because they were busy with patients. However, instead of receiving a call, I received an email saying someone would contact me on Monday. When a patient is experiencing ongoing pain and swelling after a procedure, I expect timely communication and proper follow-up. Being left waiting without anyone returning my calls has been frustrating and concerning. I hope the clinic improves its patient care and communication.
