I hate leaving bad reviews but if you’re looking for Invisalign treatment, I would not come here. Logistically this has been a consistently negative experience, they are really messy and it’s unfortunately truly inconvenient. Also worth noting that treatment is more expensive than elsewhere in Toronto by a lot and the location is really inconvenient if you’re in the city (45-60 min commute each way even from north west end). Currently they are super late delivering my next set of aligners, for example. I’ve been waiting 5 weeks (they said two weeks tops), since they literally forgot to order my trays until I called in at the 3 week mark (and they asked me if I remember what I wanted changed). At 5 weeks I call in and they said oops we didn’t see that we received them a few days ago, you’ll get them in four more days. Adding insult to injury, I’m 38 weeks pregnant (which they know) with painful attachments they decided to leave in my mouth and poorly fitting trays I’ve had to use for 6 consistent weeks (causing jaw tension & awful for dental health). Because they are so late, I now have to go through labour and newborn stage with a painful mouth after essentially stopping my treatment for over a month and having to readjust. My treatment was supposed to be over 3 months ago but given that they’re always late things have taken way longer. They set appointments, you go all the way and then they tell you the professional is unavailable so they do part of the treatment and ask you to come back in a week or two, then they forget to order your next set of Invisalign trays so you have to come back again. I truly regret my decision to do my treatment here. I will say the one positive is that the staff are really kind. Unfortunately it does not make up for the rest of the experience.

Always a pleasant experience. They are professional, gentle and knowledgeable. I am happy with their expertise and were able to find a solution to my dental issue.

If I could give 0000 stars I would. Stay away from this place. All they want is your money. I gave them 1 star review before. They tried to fix the problems so I let it slide and removed my negative review. Here we are again. Don't come here for invisalign or anything. I started my invisalign treatment March 2023. Every 3-4 months I came for cleaning (that's when they also did check up, how convenient). 1 time I only wanted check up on my teeth without cleaning, they rushed me out of their office. The doctor didn't even talk to me. That's when I gave them 1 star review. I got my retainers in January 2024 but there were still gaps in between my teeth. The doctor said " I want you to be completely happy with the result. I'll give you more aligners". She did not disclose that I would have to pay $500 AGAIN for my retainers. Today I came for my final scan and heard the news of paying more money. Also they filled my 1 small tooth to start the process. Again no fee was disclosed. It chipped and needed to be filled again. After I was asked to pay over $350 for 1 tooth. AGAIN AFTER THE FACT. I'll go somewhere else and pay them for my retainers to complete this treatment. I'm done giving these greedy people my money. They also have problems with communication. Learn how to communicate clearly amongst your team and also with your customers. Forgot to mention, they told me to wear my old retainers which was from 6 months ago thinking they would still fit me teeth. Are you dumb?

It was a long process with Invisalign but really happy I went with this clinic, Dr Savita and all dental assistants kept it honest and were always super attentive. Really happy with my smile so far and looking forward to seeing how my teeth settle. Highly recommended this clinic!

Been a patient here for over 15 years before they were in the other location. Dr rubinoff times. Got braces then. When it was time to take it off the back retainers were put on wrong and now my teeth all shifted. They don’t care though. They also don’t care that within the time I was a patient here all my kids I had I brought here and they don’t ever take them for emergency care. When I call they keep me on the phone just to waste my time to tell me they have no availability. Learn how to tell people straight up if you’re not going to tend to their concerns instead of passing the phone around like there’s a solution. I have found a better clinic it’s just further away but now I’ll just continue going there for good. The prices are way better and they take you in no matter what. Bye dental health clinic!

I was seen exactly at my scheduled appointment time - no long wait. Dr. Savita handled my treatment with extreme care and gentleness, making the experience virtually painless. I've never had a dentist with such a soft touch before! I didn't even notice the tooth extraction had happened. Thank you to Dr. Savita, Anusha, Princess, and Jannette - you all are truly amazing! It's no wonder your clinic is bustling with clients every day. Your professional service, combined with your love and care for your patients, sets you apart. Keep up the fantastic work! P.S. I started my journey with Dr chaudhry,in 2020 and from then to now I have not dreamt of leaving .I don't feel like I'm at the dentist the trust is so real for me ,I'm doing my invisalign treatment at this very moment and the results are amazing 👏 🤩 🙌,the payment plans are so affordable.
