Warning: Unethical Business Practices – Avoid Dr. Sandy Medical Spa
Our company had a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience with Dr. Sandy Medical Spa, particularly with Vanessa. On January 23, 2025, she placed an order for two Maxyfill 70cc body fillers, following an initial free sample we had provided (worth €500) as a goodwill gesture to build a long-term business relationship.
Acting in good faith, we shipped the products via DHL and provided tracking details upon her assurance that payment would be made promptly. However, once the shipment was confirmed, Vanessa started giving excuses for the delayed payment, claiming various internal issues with their accounting department.
After weeks of ignored messages, she ultimately blocked us a clear red flag. On February 8, we escalated the issue by reaching out to Dr. Sandy herself, who was completely unaware of the transaction. Only after Dr. Sandy’s intervention did Vanessa unblock us, apologize, and promise immediate payment. Yet, to this day, we have not received a single cent, despite undeniable proof that they received our products.
Even worse, Vanessa falsely claimed the package never arrived, despite DHL proof of delivery. At this point, it is clear we were scammed by Vanessa through Dr. Sandy Medical Spa.
To all suppliers and potential business partners: BEWARE!!!!!!!. This company has proven to be dishonest, unreliable, and unethical. We strongly advise against engaging in any business with them unless you want to risk financial loss and deception.
