My expectations were surpassed by Dr. Rollins. My experience as a patient was genuinely extraordinary because to his skill and compassion.

Dr. Rollins was excellent ….informative and extremely patient during my procedure….

So my mother has two insurances one for Medical office visits and one for hospital which clearly was stated in the Id cards and this lady who works there insisted she has to primary insurances even tho she doesn’t even tho this lady wasn’t rude I do feel like she didn’t try to even work with me or try to help me.

I was expecting the worse after reading these comments but I gotta say my experience was far from that. From the front desk to the doctor. And the lady the did my ear test was professional and hilarious. Maybe they changed the personnel because all I saw was professionalism from everyone.

Did about 3 or 4 appts here. The very first time I was seen by a PA and she was incredible so much so I was hoping to have her see me next time I went. Well that didn’t happen. I saw Dr Rollins the next few appts. He was rough the first time especially when probing up my nostrils. I get the impression of an assembly line. No bedside manner. The last time I saw him he was a little more pleasant but didn’t remove all the wax. Sigh. I got A call some months ago saying I owe them for appts the insurance didn’t fully cover. Usually I know medical offices send out invoices when that’s the case. I haven’t received one to date. Hmmm. Front desk is usually pleasant.

He does not care about the healing and wellness of his patients. He came recommended from a friend. My son went fir the first time and he will not return or get any recommendations.

The place inside is beautiful, so you wouldn’t expect disgusting people to work here. Long story short, I lost my wallet and didn’t have my physical ID card granted this was explained to the receptionist, I asked her if it was possible to email it as I have both pictures in my phone. The lady started whispering to her coworker stating that she doesn’t understand how people come here and want to make their lives hard and caught an attitude. I allowed her to be great and waited for her to give me the email, as she was about to hand it to me she said but you don’t have your insurance card i said no my insurance had to Mail it which I have not received as of yet. She said well we can’t see you. I know that she could of looked me up in the system and found my insurance information she refused to do so and told me I couldn’t be seen. I traveled a far distance to come to this location with a baby as cold as it is. If she doesn’t like what she does she should definitely find another job because this one doesn’t suit her. She’s clearly very miserable and lazy. You guys need to do better with whom you decided to represent you and your practice. Horrible experience and I’ll never think twice on coming back here.

I will not recommend Dr. Rollins please stay away from this man, I went there because my jaw joint was hurting he told me it was inflammation and give me (90) 800mg ibuprofen, which almost killed me. I went to another doctor and she told me that it was the masseter muscle, and she recommend massage therapy, not (90) 800mg ibuprofen.

Staff are very nice and professional. Dr. Rollins answer my questions and examination went well.

In the process of my exam, Dr. Rollins examined my throat/nasal/ear to ensure that there are no other issues causing my symptoms at the moment. So far, I am pleased with what I see.

Wonderful staff. They are helpful and pleasant. Dr. Rollins was patient and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

If I could give Dr. Rollins -1 stars I would. He is rude, unpleasant and rough. I went in to take out ear wax. He was so aggressive shoving those metal tools against my ear canal that I started to cry in the chair. It took him a good 5 minutes to acknowledge my tears by asking me “does it hurt that bad” why would I be crying if it didn’t?? He then proceeded to tell me next steps of using an anesthesia to numb the ear canal because “ I can’t handle without” I was in pain so that contributed to my tears but I was also angry by the way I was treated. I’m writing this almost 3 hours later from my appointment and I’m still in pain! Please if you value your ears DO NOT go to this doctor! The staff was friendly at least.

I was at Dr Rolling office yesterday I was very happy with their service Dr and staff are great, place nice and clean yes I would recommend Dr Rolling

This place is terrible very unprofessional

I called this doctor's office and made an appointment for the 3/25/2021 for 10AM. Anyways come the day before the appt and no one called to confirm my appt. I was so busy at work that I forgot to call to confirm my appt. Next day I am calling like crazy after 9AM no answer. So I assume they start working at 10AM. On the way there I am calling again by this time it is after 10 AM still no answer. I got there and the office is closed. I tried the door. Low and behold the door is locked tight. I am calling the next day no answer. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Very good place staff is very nice. Dr is very good

Terrible service . Lady at the front desk is seriously rude! Waste of time and people are sitting around the office coughing.
