Had a great consultation and was given a quote, however when it came time to book the appointment and move on to next steps, I've been ghosted and they've been impossible to get a hold of. Multiple WhatsApp messages and even tried calling before typing this review. Was excited to work with them but the lack of communication is disappointing

A master at what he does, unbelievable results !
I was so nervous about having a hair transplant but once I met Dr Reddy I knew he was the man for me. I was in surgery for 2 consecutive days, as I needed quite a lot of grafts and wanted the job to be perfect. I was comfortable both days and had complete confidence in Dr Reddy and his team. Fast forward 12 month and I have an unbelievable head of hair again. I can’t speak more highly of Dr Reddy, he’s a perfectionist at what he does and a lovely humble guy. Don’t go anywhere else, what ever the cost…the results are worth every penny. Thanks guys

I have written this to share my experience and journey, for anyone who maybe be considering an FUE.
I did my first FUE done with Dr Raghu Reddy at The Private Clinic of Harley Street a couple of years ago (my google review is still there). When I requested Dr Reddy for a consult after much research on the best surgeons in the world and other consultations, I was confident about him based on his reputation and numerous google reviews on him at The Private Clinic of Harley Street. If I may say, I only wanted the best surgeon for myself. I observed his many videos and pictures (before and after) on the internet, where his transparency in showing the results is obvious. The final result of my FUE was better than I expected, I was and still am very happy with it. It changed my life for the better with more confidence, no scaring and it healed so well. Best outcome for me was that it looked natural. During my surgery I observed Dr Reddy’s professionalism, the way he managed his team, his honesty, friendly and humble nature. I enjoyed and felt safe throughout the process.
Fast forward 5 years, I started to consider further lowering my hairline even though I was very happy with my existing hairline. This is just me and it has nothing to do with the results of my first FUE (just for the record). My obvious choice was Dr Raghu Reddy again, based on the amazing work that got done on me. I was not able to get in touch with him at his previous clinic. After a bit of effort and research on the internet, I contacted his team at Restore Hair Clinic. I requested a consult, where I explained to Dr Reddy what I had in mind and why I wanted to do this again. I believe that with my honest approach, Dr Reddy after the consult agreed to lower the hairline while still keeping the natural look. He recommended the number of hairs to attain the result. Due to our busy schedules, my appointments with Dr Reddy got rescheduled, so I thank his team for accommodating my requests.
And wow… second transplant done now. Apart from the fact that it looks super great and all natural again, 5 days post-transplant, my scabs were almost gone. 7 days post-transplant, they were all gone and all clear. This was magical. Now I do understand that everyone’s healing process is different….so I hope that I do not create any confusion here. But if I may speak for myself, I do believe that it is the artistry and skills of doing the transplant from the best surgeon that enabled my quick recovery. Again, I am filled with gratitude to Dr Reddy for such a successful outcome. Not only for the fast healing but for the amazing results, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.
I do feel very lucky to have had the experience of doing my FUE with the best surgeon and a good human being.
Dr Reddy and team, if you read this, I apologize for the lengthy review …. I hope it does not make you snooze 😊 but I thought I should add context to it for better understanding for anyone who may read my review.

Went here for my first HT years ago . They Double booked. first day they took out donor hair from back. didn’t have time to finish it plus a tech done it all on the first day who was very slow and could tell he wasn’t comfortable doing it. so all that hair got wasted. Told me to come back 2days later to finish it. They started implanting hair into my scalp into an area that had already started healing 2 days previously most likely why it come out so bad and thin. Also my donor area has loads missing for only 2 small temple areas done. £8750. Don’t bother, I was paying for the best but it’s terrible there. It was **update** surgeon was dr reddy.

Will hound you down by email for very early settlement of the bill but will not respond to emails from a concerned patient post-treatment. Shocking service considering the premium rates. Very disappointed cause i researched extensively the clinic and I was led to believe that premium prices guaranteed a certain minimum level of care to be present beyond the cosmetic result. Not sure why a phone number is not available on their website for example. Having read the positive patient reviews for other surgeons like of dr mark tam, I definitely feel the way I (and others) are being treated at this clinic is unfair. Friends who paid 1/4 of the price abroad were treated like royalty. Cannot comprehend why the service is non existing at this harley street clinic. What a shame.

Absolutely shocking prices the dr eddy is charging a fortune so he can show off he's expensive watches. Nobody should charge 2.50 PER HAIR LOL not pair graft but per hair a hair transplant for 2000 grafts would cost quoted at 14k to 16k 🤮🤮🤮👎 you could get same transplant in Turkey for 2k max Dr eddy needs to be a bit more reasonable and humble.
Friendly staff, fantastic doctor, brilliant overall experience. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed by Dr Reddy’s knowledge and the whole team’s professionalism throughout the process. I have only had my transplanted hair for a couple of weeks, but it is already growing nicely and I’m excited to see the results over the next 9 months.
