Truly wonderful experience. Dr. Clarice Chang was incredible and put me totally at ease after I haven’t been into the dentist since the beginning of Covid. Friendly staff. Super clean office. Is there a 6 star option?

Smiles Arts of NY is great! Always very easy to make appointment, not overbooked so don't need to wait and excellent customer service. I have seen Dr. Mann and Dr. Chen. They are knowledgeable and competent healthcare professionals.

To start I have to say the dentist is the hardest appointment I can make for my husband. He was suffering with a loose tooth for over two weeks. He went to drop my daughter off and the staff knew his name before he even told them. He immediately felt comfortable and asked if he could be seen. They were able to fit him in without an appointment. The doctor extracted the tooth and he wasn’t afraid. The staff and doctors at Smile Arts are always so friendly on the phone and in person. Professional and gentle. My whole family are patients and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. ?Thank you

Disorganized office.
Called their office to schedule a dental cleaning. I specifically asked if the doctor is in network of my insurance or not, and they assured me they are. However, weeks later, I was on call with my insurance on a different matter and they told me that I have maxed out my year of benefit because I chose a dentist that is out of network. It turns out the office gave me the wrong info. I felt being misled.

My family and I have been going for a couple of years. Always on point on time and exceptional service. The staff very friendly and passionate for your well being. The are honest on recommendation of your needs and proper care for your oral cleaning and healthy teeth.Very clean and safety protocols. Definitely would recommend.

Great experience!
From meeting the receptionist to finishing up with the dentist, my experience was nice and pleasant. The second the dentist removed my Invisalign, I knew I was in good hands (trust me, sometimes even my orthodontist removes my Invisalign haphazardly). The hygienist was very kind, talked me through the process, and asked me plenty of questions to understand my areas of concern. My teeth feel especially clean now. Fortunately, my teeth had no major issues that needed my dentist’s involvement (i.e. cavities, etc.). However, he examined me and answered all my questions regarding recent pain I had due to prior work by another dentist.
Definitely would refer my friends here.

I can't say enough good things about Smile Arts. They have friendly staff, short wait time, thorough follow-up and extreme knowledgeable doctors. Visiting Dr. Tina Tong has made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I've completed by Invisalign program with Dr. Tong to amazing results. She was with me every step of the way, and I could not be more grateful.

Tina Tong has been doing an excellent job for me. I have had some past issues where “first do no harm” is important and she totally gets that and also is thorough and detail oriented. So glad I switched to her
