Great service. Went out of their way to source the tyres I wanted (non-standard for bike) and they delivered.

Wheely awesome service here. I called up for a quote on a new tyre and was given the best possible price on service and labour. Super friendly and thorough without being pushy or sales-y.. They got me fitted in promptly because I’m impatient..and wanted my bike back on the road asap. Again, thank you! I was geared up for the sales pitch but they cruised through the job with no stalling, leaving me super happy and very satisfied with cost/service and time taken. Thanks, guys. Much appreciated. I will definitely be back 🤘🏼🤘🏼

I wont be going back. They couldn't tune my bike even though the arrogant dood in the front said they could. They were happy to keep taking my money to try though. Couldnt tune an RGV250 if you tried. Maybe you should listen to your customers because they might know more than you. Then when I questioned why the bill was higher you said "its that price or you don't get your bike back" If you treat customers like that its no wonder i wont return. At least the dyno graph helped me out. Although a tuner should be able to read a graph and tune accordingly. Wont be recommending you.

Hi Brad, Thanks for taking the time to share your opinion.

To be clear we did not tune your bike. We ran your bike on our dyno logging graphs for you, so you could understand where the engine was breaking down. We ran the bike under your direct instructions, notifying you along the way via email & phone communications. After running your bike the first time on our dyno & then reporting back to you, Brad you said that you believed the Zeeltronic would fix the issues with your bike. So, you requested for us to log more data & carry the same tests. After the second test we called you and suggested the carburettors be removed & inspected, internal parts closely inspected, cylinder compression tested along with many other basics. Brad, you declined this saying you’ve done all of these things prior yourself and you’ve been tuning carburettors for 20+ years. You then admitted some absurd things you had done to the carbies and now you where going to wreck the bike for parts because it was un tuneable in your opinion. We disagreed & removed your bike from our dyno. Regarding the invoice, We did explain the cost over the phone, which included initial set up costs and then multiple dyno runs as you requested. Sorry we don't do charity work on motorcycles.

Below are some emails from our conversations.

Hi Andrew, I got your email. Ill let you know tomorrow what I decide. But before I do. Looking at the graphs I can see its leaning out around where it dies or bogs down everytime I test rode it. If I put bigger power jets in that will ad more fuel to the top end also. Would the 55 on the left go in place of the 35 on the right and then get a 65 or 75 for left? Go up 2 sizes? The power jet is in series with the main jet WOT. Also ive never seen a graph like that before. Regards Brad
Hi Brad, Id be inclined to inspect the solenoid and its connections on the bike up close and check its operation. Id also want to inspect the spark plugs & check cylinder compression. With the jetting I would only go 1 size up on each to start with and yes it would overlap with the other circuits, and this would have to be judged and then changed if need be afterwards. Let me know your thoughts. RMS
Hi Andrew, Ill have a chat with you over the phone again. If you have a big list of things I need to check i can come and pick the bike up and bring back. Or if its not going to break my bank it would save me lots of time if you could do it. Whats the plan? Make A/F ratio above the 12.5 and then tweak with air? This attachment might help if you haven't seen it before. Does the power jet only work WOT from looking at the diagram? Maybe smaller air jets in the front of carby might be easier. Wont have to take carbies off. Your my only hope of getting this going.Brad
Hi Brad, As far as costs go, it's not straightforward to quote as 1 or multiple changes may need to be made depending on the progress. It's something very critical to the bike so it would need to be done correctly. I would recommend only changing one thing at a time. The bike is off the dyno and I have the tank just sitting on the bike (not connected up) seats off also. RMS
BRAD No worries I'll wait for your call. Just had a thought, Could the air jets be mixed around
Regards Brad (NOT SURE BRAD YOU PUT THEM IN?)
Hi Andrew, I beleive the issue has to be the zeel program and can be programmed out. Brad. Hi Andrew, if you could send through all the graphs so I can work out the differences. I think I've worked it out. At least I was able to work out the issue with the build atleast from the first graph. Nothing to do with carbies. At the end of the day the bike was un tunable from what I found. Nothing to do with zeel but zeel could of helped if you knew what was needed .I had a look at the zeel settings you left in there and there was no way it was going to work anyway. It was following the same duty graph that was allready in. Just written different .If plotted out you'd see the same pattern. Brad

Had my cbr 600f go in for miss off the line and fuel leaking.I had said that it doesnt need servicing plugs and oil were just done. They also said that they were rather confindent on said model. So a week maybe 2 later i got the call bike is ready for pick up.I went in the next morning to pick up, they said it some how started leaking again and still wasnt great off idle. They changed plugs and put some carbon cleaner through for a total cost of $580.00. I cant strongly put dont use them seeing that it didnt run any better. such a waste of money

Hi Shane, your motorcycle was old and poorly maintained prior to bringing it to our workshop. We notified you with a list of issues and the need for further diagnostics. You instructed us to leave them as you didn't want to spend the money and you can fix the bike yourself as you had done in the past.......

You where also told the bike was not road worthy and you still rode the bike away.

Wishing you all the best and hopefully you get another bike soon that is road worthy and safe for yourself and everyone on the roads.

Thank you
