Too expensive for what they offer. Unless you're upper middle class or wealthy I'd advise going somewhere e else. They charge money for things other offices do for free, they don't tend to take most insurance policies, thry don't check for insurance coverage a lot of the time and most of all they don't offer any viable payment plans for expensive procedures.

We are unaware of who you are, but we can assure you that we perform commendable dental work and offer the same procedures, if not more, than other regional dentists. Dental offices do not perform procedures for free. Our fees are quite reasonable and we accept major dental plans. Perhaps you have confused us with another office.

Don’t waste your money by going to anyone other than Dr. Palmer. I needed the crowns on my front two teeth replaced. I made the mistake of going to a dentist without an in house lab. Unfortunately, after three attempts at a match by my regular dentist, I was told that was the best they could do. I then went to Dr. Palmer. He is very knowledgeable and personable and has a wonderful staff. Stephanie was great, and Kyle was able to match my teeth on the first attempt! Thank you!

I recently moved back to KY and feel SO FORTUNATE to have found Dr. Palmer and his kind and caring team. I chipped a porcelain crown and was worried about finding someone to match the excellent quality and care I had received when I had my smile redone. When Dr. Palmer numbed me for the procedure he was literally so gentle I didn't think he had even started. He talked me through the procedure, and his confidence and skill enabled me to let go of any worries or concerns. Even my temporary crown looks outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer to anyone who is looking to improve their smile! I could not be happier. Thank you!!

I give Dr. Palmer and his entire staff 10 stars! Not too many people enjoy going to the dentist but for the first time in my life I don’t mind going. Dr. Palmer is the shot guru! You might and I say might very lightly, feel a little bit of a pinch when he gives you a shot to numb your gums, not even enough to make you flinch. I’m relaxed and not dreading the awful numbing cream then the shot that you still feel, with Dr. Palmer he is so experienced at what he does you feel safe the minute you walk in the door knowing you are in great hands!! A friend referred me to Dr. Palmer and I couldn’t be happier! Not only is Dr. Palmer wonderful, his staff is amazing as well!

Reviews are what made me choose Palmer Dentistry and they did not lie! I had my first visit today and from the front desk to the dental chair everyone was so kind, accommodating and understanding. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 5+ years and I was a bit nervous. Krista at the front desk took her time helping me understand my dental insurance and made sure I was aware of the entire process. Stephanie, the dental assistant made me feel so welcome and comfortable through my procedure. Dr. Palmer kept everything very real and to the point, I expressed some concerns about pain and he did a phenomenal job of making sure I was completely numb, and he was great at communicating when the numbing process may be uncomfortable. I had a tooth removed and felt NO PAIN and very minimal pressure. It was over before I knew it and I anticipate this will bring me a lot of relief. I am so grateful to have found this dentist. The care and customer service was incredible. I wish I could leave a 10 star review!

I’m leaving this review on behalf of my elderly mother. We were referred to Dr. Palmer and from the start, he and his staff took great care of her. She had to have some extractions and got her partial denture all in the same day. The partial fit and looked great. Very happy with the results! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. 5 stars!

Dr. Palmer and his staff is the best. I’ve been to multiple dentist in the past hated it and the way they look at you and act snobby cause you have a good amount of dental issue’s. Never felt comfortable due to all those place’s. Luckily I fell into his office to get work done from a accident and now he has fixed almost everything in my mouth along with his staff. Dr. Palmer has also went out of his way to fix stuff for me when he didn’t have to. People don’t be afraid of dental work it pays off in the end and don’t hesitate to get your work done, his office will not judge or make you feel uncomfortable. I called Dr Palmer's office due to all the positive reviews I had read on Google they got me in very quickly.
