I called to cancel my appointment a day before because I had a last minute family emergency. I am so responsible and I call instead of not showing up. I get a call from the receptionist telling me that they are going to remove one of my visits that I already paid for because of this. I never signed a policy to this effect. Needless to say I will not be going back to your spa. I have never been treated this way anywhere for calling to cancel and your receptionist is rude and aloof. Getting a call from a ridiculous receptionist at 8:15 am with her annoying tone and demeanor is not the way to start my day. The way you call your clients is not the way to handle a cancellation. I wouldn't recommend going to this spa for this reason.

Ich habe meine MiraDry-Behandlung bei Rahel gemacht, die mir bereits beim Voranklärungs-Gespräch extrem sympathisch war und sich viel Zeit für mich und meine Fragen hatte. Auch bei der Behandlung selbst hat man sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und es wurde alles ohne Stress und mit viel Sorgfalt erledigt.

Hier wird man sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlt sich gleich wohl, es gibt keine Wartezeiten, und bis jetzt wurden all meine Wünsche erfüllt. Ich kann Dr. Linde und sein sympathisches Team wärmstens empfehlen!
Enttäuscht
Ich habe mir die Augenringe operieren lassen.
Beim 1. Termin ( Beratung/ Besprechung ect. ) war Dr. Linde sehr nett, freundlich und hat sich Zeit genommen.
Beim 2. Termin ( Operationstag) hat mich Dr. Linde nicht mal begrüsst und war sehr kurz angebunden. Ich dachte da, jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag.
Nach mehreren Wochen habe ich Dr. Linde ein Foto geschickt von meinen immernoch starken Augenringen und ihm mitgeteilt, dass ich nicht zufrieden wäre, weil ich keinen Unterschied sehe. Daraufhin teilten sie mir mit, dass ich vorbeikommen müsse.
3. Termin: Dr. Linde kam ins Zimmer ohne zu grüssen, fragte mich genervt, wo das Problem wäre. Ich habe ihm gesagt, dass ich immer noch starke Augenringe habe und seit dem Eingriff auch noch unter meinem linken Auge einen Knoten habe der angeschwollen ist. Er meinte nur: ich sehe keinen Knollen und der Übergang könnte man mit Hyaluron machen! Drehte sich um und bei der Türschwelle sagte er: das kostet nochmals 200.- Fr! kein „ auf Wiedersehen“ gar nix! Das ganze Gespräch ging 30 Sekunden!!!
Ich finde es sehr schade, dass Dr. Linde sich keine Zeit genommen hat für meine Kritik/ Reklamation.

Post-lipo lymphatic massage by Shanaz has been a game changer. Shanaz is a very knowledgeable and gentle and has helped speed my recovery. I highly recommend BK for post surgical care. Both Shanaz and Linda Ann are wonderful.
I was very disappointed with my lymphatic massage today. I have used BK for 15 years for various things such as pedicures and hair services and it has been hit or miss. I was looking for support post surgery because of inflammation, and I wanted to try the lymphatic drainage massage that had been recommended to me. The massage therapist was nice, but she asked me about my family history with heavy legs (which made me feel like she was implying I was fat) and it one point was pinching the fat underneath my arms. During the message, she said she would "take a look at me if I stood up at the end," which, then distracted me from the rest of the massage. Given that I needed support after breast reconstruction, I felt this was unwarranted and made me feel very bad about myself. She's also sent me away with leaflets on Lymphedema & Lipedema. I'm sure she was trying to help but I found it insensitive and I came out of my appointment very depressed about my weight. Expensive $150 to feel worse. I won't be returning.
Great, clean and relaxing spa. I had a deep tissue massage and it was amazing! I sit in front of the computer 5 days a week and I have constant pain in my neck/shoulder area. After the massage the pain was gone and I felt immediate relief. I will definitely be going back! I highly recommend this spa!
I would highly recommend Beauty Kliniek Aromatherapy Day Spa. They are very experienced in all the services they provide and the customer service is super excellent. I would recommend utilizing their membership plan as well.
in a quest for improved health, I booked a lymphatic massage with Linda. The staff here is friendly and professional. The facility was very clean. Linda explained her background of her studies/training, and how lymphatic massage works. The next day I felt very energized. I have been struggling with fatigue and felt so much better today. Linda is a warm and welcoming lady. I am very comfortable recommending this spa and Linda.
At the end of my facial the woman tells me if I really care what I look like and if I want my skin to look good I need to see her every month. That just really didn't sit well to me. She also tells me I should be on accutane. I was kinda shocked since this place is an aromatherapy and wellness center. Bottom line I just don't think someone should be telling woman if they actually care about your face and everyone looking at you you'll come back. Then she proceeds to tell my mother that I'm a teacher and the parents and kids are looking at my face and that it should be beautiful. I wasn't feeling that bad about my face but know I do. I don't recommend this place. If anyone finds a facial place that wants to help you identify root causes for breakouts please let me know.

I have been a patron of BK for the better part of 18 years. After my amazing treatment today, I decided it is time to sing my praises of what this amazing place is doing that is so unique compared to any other business I've set foot in. Let me start by saying, I'm an esthetician. I know spas. I know in a heartbeat whether I'm in a good spa or a bad one. I've patronized hundreds of spas all over the world. What I have to make sure I sing from the rooftops is that these individuals absolutely are the top experts in the field of manual lymphatic drainage. I have had multiple surgeries, and BK with the brilliant direction of Linda Anne, and the tender hands of Shinaz, have been absolutely critical to my recovery results. Because I have been a patron for so long, let me list the procedures that I have had amazing and consistent results with: liposuction- post surgical mld to affected regions, post ablative laser swelling- mld to face and neck, gastric sleeve surgery- mld to entire body to assist in restarting lymphatic systems, Several dental surgeries- reducing swelling and creating lymph flow. I have also referred and closely followed the progress of the mld for patients following: Breast lift surgery, and Tummy tuck surgery. After my first session years ago, I was completely blown away by the professionalism and the knowledge of the staff at this establishment. And I mentioned I'm an esthetician... I am also a Master's educated professor of education, and for me to be blown away takes a lot. I know a lot about critical pedagogy, and I was incredibly impressed with how articulate both Linda Anne and Shinaz were about explaining to me both how MLD works and how it doesn't. They don't just believe it works, they know HOW it works. They cited texts to me, and explained how mld fit into a context of western medicine. Linda Anne cited studies across decades and multiple disciplines to show how mld works. Clinical studies, with real patients undergoing real treatments. I've taught courses in evidence citation. This is the real deal... My results were outstanding all of the 50+ times I have patronized this establishment. Shinaz has worked on me time and time again, to break up scar tissue, move fluid, and help me to relax so my body can heal properly. And she goes above and beyond. My treatment I receive is MLD, but she always takes a moment to ask about my son, prepare hot rocks to go under my neck, and make absolutely positively sure the room is at the perfect temperature, and my bed is the perfect level of recline. In fact, I was so impressed with Shinaz and Linda Anne's commitment to healing that I have referred them dozens of my own clients and maybe hundreds from the two doctors I started sending to them. Both women are articulate, highly trained, and in the case of Linda Anne, literally wrote the textbook in the field of mld. Trust me, I know good spas, and these women are the real deal... I am in the middle of a 10 session package right now and I could not be happier. I am so so glad, that all those years ago I met Linda Anne, and she introduced to me Shinaz. Those two women have changed my body and my life for the better. I'm sure they can do the same for anyone who suffers from lymphatic issues. They are truly, the best of the best.
This is a review for Shanaz! I come every now and then to see her for MLD! She's great and it's always so relaxing! Last time I saw her I had a clogged duct (from breastfeeding) that was super painful. I couldn't get it out and was worried it would turn into mastitis. She did some work on it, and was able to alleviate my pain almost right away. Later that night the clog was gone. THANK YOU!!!
