I visited Dr Kara for the first time to discuss my skincare needs and concerns. Firstly, Dr Kara is so lovely, very friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. After discussing my concerns, Dr Kara explained the various options available to me in a detailed but clear way. I really enjoyed our discussion and look forward to my future treatments. At no point did I feel any pressure to agree to anything there and then. Dr Kara sent me her recommendations via email the next day.

Dr Kara spent time explaining the process I was having, which I found very helpful. She also talked me through everything she was doing during the treatment. So I knew what to expect. I recently had my second appointment with Dr. Kara in a series that we have planned. I honestly could recommend her enough, she immediately puts me at ease and is very professional and kind. She explains all aspects of the treatment throughout and the reasoning behind it which conveys her experience and puts me at ease. There is no quick fix for my symptoms and Dr Kara has supported me during the ups and downs of my journey and while we are still tweaking skincare products and undergoing new treatments to battle my acne, my overall skin condition/pigmentation has never looked better. I almost don't want to write a review as Dr.Kara is SO good if everyone knew they would be running, not walking to her clinic and there would be no appointments left ever! I am new to aesthetics and have never had any facial treatments before so I felt quite nervous making my first appointment with Dr Kara but there was no need. I instantly felt at ease. As well as being super warm and lovely, Kara is super professional and I was so impressed with her knowledge and years of experience. We talked through skincare and aesthetic options in detail and she took her time and answered all my questions. Her clinic is inviting, clean and comforting. She takes the time to really listen to you and any concerns you have and talks you through all your options each time you see her and the process for treatment step by step. I went on to have two treatments of cryosurgery and both times I’ve felt informed, safe and cared for. The aftercare has been amazing, Kara’s kept in touch regularly and saw me in person to check on healing. I feel safe in Kara’s talented hands and will have no hesitations now about having other treatments in the future but they will always be with her! Thank you so much Kara xxx
