All I can say is WOW!! Matt really outlined what it takes to run a successful practice with keeping culture important. I truly believe this book needs to be read by all positions within the practice to really grasp what it takes and to understand all the moving variables to be successful . It really opens your eyes to see the bigger picture to think bigger and better. The real life examples and amazing insight of Matt’s experiences are just captivating. It really pulls you in to learn through trial and error and Rockstars on your side the possibilities are endless with hard work and dedication. While reading it'll makes you reflect on yourself and what you're doing to be great. A great read from a dentist’s perspective
A well thought out book with great points and new outlook on practice management. As a dentist myself there are ideas here that I never would’ve thought of and I find myself taking notes while reading for things I can implement in my own practice. Thanks to this book I find that I have tools and the mindset to be a better leader in my day to day and my practice is better for it. No doubt, the time reading this was time well spent - 5 stars

As an avid reader and dentist of 20+ years, it’s a shame this book was not around much earlier in my career. It would have definitely created a paradigm shift for the better! Beyond insightful and has such a pragmatic approach to guaranteed success! It is a great read and easy to digest. This book is filled with multiple golden nuggets!It’s a must read.
