Been waiting months for them to call me on parts that I was requesting to be ordered. I’m giving up every time I have to call them and I get the same story and excuse that they’re gonna get right on it and they gotta find the email. If you don’t wanna do something, just tell people don’t waste people’s time.
They did a wonderful job helping my friend with the broken driveshaft. They went an extra step to see what else could be done to get the problem resolved. Great people and great service.

I had took my driveshaft here for repair, what a mistake! First he couldn't give me a price . Says he has to check to see if this was repairable or if he had to order new . After about 3 days of not hearing anything back, I call to find out what is going on with the driveshaft. He tells me...well I had to order a part so I'm waiting on that to get here. Why would anyone order a part before confirming with customer a price? So I deal with that, wait a week, heard nothing back. I call and he tells me he still waiting for parts. I ask what around will the price be?? He quoted me $200-$240 . Ok great, another week of nothing heard, I call back again, someone else answered besides the guy I'm dealing with, says he is getting on it today, there's 2 more in front of you??? I say ok no problem. Almost 2 weeks later the guy still has my driveshaft hostage and I have heard nothing back. What a way to run a business. I'll repost next year when I get it vack and tell the craftsmanship.
Took 4 months to finish my jeep, but that's where my late husband had the suspension lifted and bought new tires.
A big thank you to Jeff at Drivelines Plus Inc. My Tacoma was having continuous driveshaft vibrations and no matter the typical fixes, they weren’t working. Jeff made me a steel 1 piece driveshaft and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of it.
He answered all my questions and concerns, as well. Jeff and his son are the best!
Fixed my issues with my truck and will definitely be returning in the future for any other reasons.
