This company DOES NOT REFUND OR ACCEPT RETURNS on ANY of their products, how are they getting away with this? How have they gotten away with that for this long? They can ship you broken or malfunctioning items like they did to me (6 different sip flavors) and they wanted to "make it right " by offering 3 with my next purchase, so they don't even want to cover shipping for you, they wanted to wait for my next shipment. They cut corners in the cheapest way. I don't understand how any company can ship out broken/ malfunctioning products and offer to refund only half. I have talked to 3 different people from their "customer service " they are all a joke.
Ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband 2024 I did not want a subscription nor plan to purchase more UNLESS I chose toI didnt commit to anything like that. My husband still has not even tried it yet.-Anyway, I received a shipment from them yesterday, 1/15/25 which I DID NOT open. I looked on my account page it showed I did not have a subscription or anything on reorder with them -that was ************* today, I cant access the account page. 1/***** Hmmmm I did not reorder and do not want this package they sent. I had ordered products and then I tried to get the company to cancel my order. They said they had already shipped them out. I said, can I refuse the packages, I called the company and they said they couldn't take the package back and refund me even if I didn't open the packages. I feel this is wrong.
When i first ordered from them it was great. My wife loved them and i was hooked on the flavored water. The first thing i noticed was that i was super phlegmy in the back of my throat and so was my wife. Then came the scratchy throat and bloating etc that some people get from sucralose intolerance. We thought it was strange but let it go. After continuing to drink the "sips" we both began to get very sick from it and started drinking JUST water and felt better after a couple days. We only found out after a couple of subscriptions came and went that they had sucralose which has been linked to cancer in their drinks. Needless to say I immediately stopped drinking mine and canceled all future orders. I tried drinking Cirkul water again after some time to see if maybe i just got sick and again the EXACT SAME SYMPTOMS started to appear again. Same issues have come from multiple flavors and have all come from sealed package flavors. If you have an adversion to sucralose or other artificial sweeteners AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
An item (drink container) was purchased as a Christmas gift for my grandson. When the unit arrived it was noted that the unit was incomplete and unusable without the top and cartridge that is needed. Upon repeated calls to the company it was stated that no returns or refunds would be issued even though there is nowhere on their site that states that additional pieces or items needed to be initially purchased to make the item usable. Two phone calls only produced an offer to send a $5. gift certificate to us, however if an order to purchase the missing pieces was placed the gift certificate amount would not cover the cost of the missing item and the shipping required to acquire the same. That in addition to the frustration caused to a young grandchild, as well as the embarrassment felt by the grandparent at the Christmas giving celebration was not something that should have been necessary, and obviously something that could be, and should have been easily remedied by the company customer service department.
I am so disgusted with this company. I made one purchase and spent over $66 and they shipped it economy ground with ***** who can hold your package up to 14 days with this shipping. I also, wanted to cancel my order and get a refund which they refused and I haven't received said package. But yet and still after spending $66 they charged my account for my subscription and I received that, but not my personal order. I ordered a cup because I no longer have a cup to use anymore, but the cup is in the package that ***** is basically holding hostage because Cirkul was being so cheap and used ground economy. Make it make sense Lord. I want to make sure that my subscription is cancelled immediately. Never will you get a dime from me I rather be dehydrated than give you another dime.

Tried to order a 22oz stainless steel waterbottle and 10 cartridges as there was a deal to make the bottle free and was hence the only reason I ordered so many cartridges. It finally ships in a somewhat opened box and there is no water bottle shipped with it. Tried to log into my account to check the order and it would not work. Hit restore password and would not get an email link. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

I have been trying to cancel my AutoShip for over a month and contacted the company several times through email and chat. Even after successfully canceling the AutoShip online, they still charged me for the next AutoShip. They stated the charge actually went in before I canceled it, which makes no sense whatsoever. I asked if I could return to sender and they said no. They will not refund me my money. If they respond to this review stating that they tried to rectify the situation, that is a lie. The end result was no refund, end of story. Ive never left a review and Ive never been this upset. They have the worst customer service ever.
Ordered the sip but after using Cirkul for well over 2 years with autoship monthly. First use no flavor with brand new cartridge. Put back in old bottle works fine. Contacted customer support and all I was told was sorry we don’t do refunds or exchanges. WHAT ! I just paid 30.00 for a cup specifically made for your products and it doesn’t work. Will be canceling all my future orders and finding a new source.
SCAM - they have you purchase cartridges for a free water bottle and then they delete the water bottle out of the cart and make you buy a water bottle afterwards. The customer service agent **** ****** is one of the biggest scammers on their customer service staff. They do not belong to be in business when they are sneakily costing people money with no upfront communication. Absolutely nothing tells you that the water bottle will not be shipped when you are at checkout - they send you a receipt without the water bottle after purchase and say the deal was over when you purchased it so they take the water bottle out on their end. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!

Cirkul has been all Ive drank for the last month and all of a sudden the last two Ive gotten the flavor is not right and it taste terrible. I only buy one flavor so I know exactly what it is supposed to taste like. I am extremely upset because like I said its all I have drank for the last month.
