My first experience when i went for new tyres for the brand so called Landspider (Thailand brand ), everything went well from installation till customer service until i was asked to rate 5star and write a review on google.
Driving the car back home, i could feel a slight vibration on the steering. Initially i thought this might be some wheel balancing error. Second day the vibration started to increase where i had to bring the vehicle back to Drift tyres for check up. The supervisor did not have a happy face to see me. However they did the wheel balancing for the tyres again but the same vibration existed. Since Drift tyres was recommended by a friend, was the only reason i chose this place. So residing at Barsha and bringing the car back all the way to qusais itself was tiring. Raising a complaint to Drift Tyres as my tyres had severe wobbling, they asked me to go all the way to Sharjah to check the tyres since they did not have advanced machines. Reports for the tyres were 2 of them damaged and the remaining 2 was good enough. Coming back to Drift tyres with the report, they agreed for 2 tyres replacement. i requested if i could change the brand itself since i was not satisfied with the current ones. They said if all the 4 tyres were reported manufacturing defect, they will change the brand or i buy any other tyres by making full payment and pay the fare difference which i agreed. But since it was only 2 reported as damaged, i did not want to spend more but to choose same brand (Landspider) replacement itself.
Driving back to home , mid way the steering started very slight vibration. Day 2 the vibration increased. Unfortunately i travelled that day and thought would report this once i return back. After my return in 3 days ,i went straight to Drift tyres, the supervisor is not happy to see me again saying you should have called before showing up since they had to get me an appointment for tyre checkup at sharjah. Appointment was scheduled after two days. But i went the next day itself to Sharjah again to check the tyres since i felt risk in driving with those condition tyres. I was annoyed with then sending me there since they had sourced the tyres from second party shop in sharjah. Surprisingly the report showed another set of 2 tyres were damaged. At this point i did want Drift tyres to recall all my 4 tyres and agree for an alternate brand. But No, they said again that we will do replacement for only 2 damaged tyres and the remaining you may take it to scrap and sell the tyres yourself. Since i was tired of driving all the way from Barsha to Qusais, i changed all the 4 tyres to Bridgestone by paying additional. 2 damaged Landspider tyres were recalled and the remaining 2 i had to take myself to scrap.
Had a real bad experience here, never going to recommend anyone.

Upon receiving your initial complaint regarding the Tyres, we promptly coordinated with our distributor to inspect the Tyres. Following their assessment, it was determined that there was a manufacturing defect, and we promptly replaced the two affected Tyres.
Unfortunately, a week later, you returned with concerns about the remaining two Tyres. Upon further inspection, our distributor confirmed that these Tyres also had manufacturing defects. We immediately initiated the replacement process for these Tyres.
Regarding your request to switch to Bridgestone Tyres, we explained that warranty claims typically involve replacing defective Tyres with the same brand. However, understanding your concerns and seeking to provide a satisfactory resolution, we agreed to replace all four Tyres with Bridgestone Tyres.
The actual cost of the Bridgestone Tyres was AED 2541, and we compensated you AED 735 to account for the difference in price compared to the Landspider Tyres.
We understand your frustration with the multiple trips to Sharjah for Tyre inspections as only tyres distributors can check the claim procedure. We acknowledge that this was inconvenient, and we are reviewing our procedures to streamline the process and minimize disruptions for our customers.
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We will continue to refine our communication practices to ensure that our recommendations align with customer expectations while respecting their individual preferences.

As a resident of Dubai, I've been to my fair share of tyres shops in dubai. But none of them compare to Drift Tyres. They truly are the best tyres shop in Dubai.
I first went to Drift Tyres when I needed to replace my worn-out tires. I was immediately impressed by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to explain to me the different types of tyres available and helped me choose the best ones for my needs.
The installation process was quick and easy. The technicians were very professional and took great care of my car. They also made sure to explain everything they were doing to me so that I understood.
